alkaine media for sperm is not good . ph should be normal as 6. total sperm counts are very low . it should be more than 60 million/ cumm. do not worry healthy sperm counts may be increase after best treatment. pl. checkup also his few tests as lh,fsh, testosterone,( blood group of both you.) , thyroid profile, and consult again on lybrate.com or you can do pvt. consultation on lybrate.com.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

As I see your age is 20. Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist. Who will also check your eye pressures to tell you whether its glaucoma or not.

Hello. First of all, reduce the application of this cream gradually and slowly (as stopping abruptly can lead to withdrawal effects of the cream. And simultaneously, start applying Schwabe's Calendula and Aloe Vera cream on your face. Use mild soap like Bakson's Aloe Vera and Calendula bathing bar for body and Bakson's Facewash for face. Don't rub the affected area harshly, don't wash it frequently, use a thick layer of sunscreen with SPF- 40 20-30 minutes before going under the sunlight. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration, eat fresh vegetables, fruits, salads, nuts, flaxseeds, etc. Don't take stress because of this or any other reasons as it will make the condition worse. Revert me back.

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

All About Type 2 Diabetes

Glucose is the primary ingredient within the body, which is turned into an energy source. This is what we use when we move, walk or make the slightest movements. To metabolize glucose into energy, our body needs insulin, which is a hormone produced within the pancreas. However, if the body doesn't react to the insulin or the pancreas is unable to produce enough, glucose cannot be converted into energy and thus results in type 2 diabetes.

Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:

  1. Sudden or gradual weight loss despite increased hunger - Many people complain that they feel hungry and eat more, but despite this the tend to lose weight. This occurs as the body cannot metabolize glucose and uses energy reserves from fat or muscles leading to weight loss.
  2. Frequent infections and slow healing - If you are afflicted with type 2 diabetes, then it might affect your immune system and you may be prone to infections. Also, any cuts or bruises on your body will take much longer to heal than normal.
  3. Irritability and fatigue - Another common symptom of type 2 diabetes along with the other symptoms mentioned here is quick irritability and fatigue. This is because most of the body is deprived of sugar and thus lacks the energy needed to function normally. 
  4. Constant thirst and increased urination - If you feel constantly thirsty despite drinking ample water and urinating frequently, this may be a tell tale sign of type 2 diabetes.
  5. Skin darkening in folds and creases of the body - Also known as acanthosis nigricans; this is known darkening of the skin where it also becomes velvety to the touch. It usually develops in the folds of skin in areas, such as the neck and armpits and is a direct result of insulin resistance.

Causes of type 2 diabetes:

Some of the most common causes of type 2 diabetes could be:

  • Being overweight
  • Lack of physical activity
  • Genetic predisposition or family history 
  • If you are more than 45 years of age
  • Hormonal problems such as Polycystic ovarian syndrome

Treatment or management of type 2 diabetes:

In most cases, major lifestyle changes can easily keep the symptoms of type 2 diabetes in check although, in certain cases medications may also be required. Some of the steps necessary are as follows:

  1. Change in diet and healthy eating
  2. Physical activity and exercising
  3. Regular blood sugar monitoring and
