Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *drink lot of water. *tea/ coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *stress should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise. *avoid fried and spicy food. *if overweight, loose weight.

A course of tablets and creams is needed for treating your problem depending upon the grade of your acne and your skin type, as different type of acne require different types of treatment. A sebum regulating face wash, will be helpful. A non comedogenic sunscreen should be used. Drink plenty of water daily and also avoid hair oil application" please put up 2-3 clear pictures in natural light of the affected area for better evaluation and guidance regards!

1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Consult physician for further advice.

From last 1 year I feel i am a victim of depression. What should I do to reduce or completely reduce this problem?
You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

I am suffering from palpitations, extreme sadness, body ache and isolation for the past 2 months. I got almost all my tests done from ECG, ECO,mammography, ultrasound blood tests. The result was hormonal imbalance and perimenopause. These days I am having headaches first few 2 -3 minutes either side of my head, sometimes numbness in the head for a minute. I am given menopace, calcium tablets and vitamin d3. I have been to several renowned doctors from forte, Max and I feel my problem has not been detected .I have no thyroid or sugar. Please help.

You could be suffering from fibromyalgia. Further deatils of your symptoms are needed to confirm diagnosis. For fibromyalgia particular medication are to be taken. Following general tips will help you. Specific treatment can be started only once diagnosis is made. 1. Try to follow a fix sleep wake cycle daily. 2. Avoid excess caffeine (tea/coffee). 3. Avoid alcohol or smoke. 4. Take warm shower at bedtime. 5. Start low impact cardiovascular exercises like walking particularly walking in water as in swimming pool. 6. Get involved in some social or vocational work. In conditions like fibromyalgia or depression developing a good social life and functionality is more important than medicines.
