Hello, There are many aspects of depression, the more of them you have the more likely you are to have a clinical depression. Some patients feel severely depressed and suicidal. If you have these feelings you should go to the emergency department immediately. Other things that people with depression can feel are sadness, low energy, lack of motivation, poor sleep, irritability, weight gain or loss, poor self image and sometimes even a lack of touch with reality. The more of these symptoms you have the more likely it is that you have serious depression. Treatments for depression include medications, counseling and exercise. You will not actually lose anything when you release your semen during the night while sleeping. After attaining adolescence our bodies will change due to the increased synthesis of male hormones (in case of males) like testosterone. Testosterone is a steroidal hormone which is responsible for sperm production in the testicles and development of our secondary sexual characters. When the semen produced in the body is too much to hold in the testicles themselves, it is released voluntarily or involuntarily, as in wet dreams or night fall (during sleep). There is nothing to worry about as it is absolutely normal and natural. The body has to get rid of old semen in reserve to produce new semen. The homeostatis (automatic balance) of the body is responsible for regulating these functions involuntarily (without our conscious control). If you want to prevent this at all, then you can wash both your feet in cold water (down from the knees) and drink two glasses of water. Wet dreams will be reduced to some extent. For nite fall medicenes are tentex forte tab 2 times a day and triphala churna and dhatupusti churna 2 times a day.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Post surgery it is very essential to control glucose levels strictly for quick healing as well as for prevention of long term complications. Usually after many years of treatment with oral drugs, many patients have to be shifted on to insulin for better control. If with current dosage glucose control is not as expected, then we will have to increase the dose of Insulin, both in the morning and at night. Ideally FBG <100 mg PP 160 to 180 mg. So to achieve those levels, there has to be a change in insulin dose. Plus we will have to also look at other antidiabetics that he may be taking. Thanks.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

D) Avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango,litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (Akhrot) e) Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi, moong and chana Dal. Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Hello lybrate-user, muscle mass is the most active tissue of the body and is mainly comprising of proteins in the right ratio combined with other nutrients with a good supply of energy. In weight training your muscles are broken down and thus need to be replenished within first 15 mins post activity. Whey is the best choice in cold water. Do have coconut water post workout as it replenishes body's potassium and hydrates you well. Banana or fruit juice post workout is also a good choice. A well balanced diet also will support body building.

Hello . We count the pregnancy from yor last date of onset of period so by yor lmp you are 5 wks+4 days pregnant but first ultrasound at 6 -7 wl tell exact time of pregnancy.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. These are the methods to treat fastly acne & spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. * Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Eat a bowl of cereal and drink a glass of milk daily.Be healthy.

hi jessa, this is not a major issue. nothing to worry regarding that. just drink plenty of water half an hour before bed. there should be a gap of atleast 3 hours from dinner to bed. don't eat stomach full at the night time. take a glass of milk before going to bed. I was in bangkok and I used a sex worker. In middle, my condom breaks. She pulled me out. I immediately washed me deeply by soap. I was in middle and didnt ejaculated at that time. It's been 8-9 days. I have gone through rapid hiv test and it was non reactive. Neither I m felling any symptoms that I read on internet. I just noticed that I m felling little weak. Ok since you have already got the test done for hiv and it is negative. So you dont have to worry much. What you are undergoing now the guilty feeling stress and strain and that is the reason you are having anxiety neurosis or which you feel your are having little erectile dysfunction. Give some time have your regular healthy lifestyles go for morning walk followed by free hand exercise things will improve and alright.
