DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals . 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods 4) avoid coffee and tea 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during dinner. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

Hello doctor! I am 44 yrs. Old female suffering from hypothyroid for the last 5 yrs. Tsh level was 7.4 and I was taking thyronorm 50mcg my periods were still irregular though tsh came down to 2.4 but now since I did not have my periods in last 6 months I went to a homeopath doctor who gave me some medicine and I had periods twice in one month. So I discontinued thyronorm thinking it was the reason of no periods. I skipped it for 2 months. There were no periods in these 2 months. Then I got tsh checked and it went up to 40. Now my doctor has advised me 100mcg of thyronorm. Have taken it for 1 month, still have to get blood test done. No periods yet. Symptoms: low energy level, tired, body pain, depressed, joint pain etc. Please advise thanks

you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

While stricture problem has been sorted out, it has nothing to do with erection. If you are having normal erection otherwise, absence of early morning erection 50% of the time should not be a cause for worry. Early morning erection will not be there everyday.

For a diabetic person, it is very important to take medication on time. You also need to have food suggested by your doctor. Regular exercise helps in maintaining healthy sugar levels. If you are going for a walk for 15 mts every day, but if you are skipping your medicines, it wil not be helpful. You need to do both - take prescribed medicines and do suggested exercise every day. You will be harming yourself by not taking the medicines. And in future, you will have to take more medicines and the increased sugar levels will harm your body. I am having pain in right lower abdomen, I have done health checkup from repudiated hospital in Mumbai including sonography nothing was detected, however Uric acid was somewhat high, Hence Family Physician prescribed Feburic40 for 3 month subsequent to the course the Uric Acid level was normalized. Hi, It would have been beneficial if you had told us since how long you are having this pain. I am assuming your stools are normal and regular. There are a few causes of right lower abdominal pain: 1) Chronic appendicitis / Grumbling appendicitis 2) pain due to hernia 3) muscle strain 4) Abscess in the lower abdomen or upper thigh area. Solution: please consult a surgeon for further assessment. You may need a CT as ultrasound sometimes is not the best investigation. Hope this message helps you. Thank you.

You can’t brush every time you eat. But you sure can drink water or at least rinse your mouth with water every time you do so. Water neutralises the effects of acidic and sugary foods. Rinsing removes food particles left behind on/ between the teeth.

Laziness is due to lack of motivation and interest which primarily arise due to lack of specific achievable goals. Set a goal with a time period and start working towards it and you will be out of all your laziness, sickness.

When I make love with my girlfriend, I worry about losing my erection, and sometimes this worry seems to cause it to happen for real. This is very frustrating, because I don't want to worry about it, and when the thought enters my head, I get upset that it entered my head, and I get worried about the whole thing all over again. And then it happens. This has been happening for years now, actually. It doesn't happen every time at all, but I worry about it enough that it has ended up sticking around. I don't want it to happen between my girlfriend and I, because she is very special to me. I love her very much, and I believe she is the person I want to marry (and I have never gone off "half-cocked" on that decision, so to speak . She and I talked about this this weekend, and I noticed that I was avoiding telling her that this has happened between me and other people I've been with as well, and so I just told her, and she felt much better -- she smiled and was very accepting, because she realized that it really isn't because of her, or that I'm not comfortable with her or something. We even joked around about it while we made love after that, because it really isn't a big deal; it's just nerves, and I know it will go away. But what I want to know is, do you have any tips? Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso? s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises any queries inform me.
