Can soup be a complete dinner by itself?

Soups are normally the first thing you order at a restaurant, followed by at least two other meal courses. The universally accepted appetizer takes a backseat when contemplating dinner. But can it be considered a complete dinner meal in itself?

To rightly be considered as dinner, a soup must not only be filling, but must also be correct on the calorie chart. Hearty soups like Russian Borsch, Vietnamese pho, and Italian Minestrone are considered as main courses. They have an apt mix of vegetables, protein and carbohydrates in a single bowl. Thick soups that carry not only the broth, but also toppings that make them sumptuous, can be had as your dinner.

These kind of all-in-one soups, that carry a number of condiments on their side, and ingredients in them, are also a great way of utilizing leftovers. For fussy eaters, a lot of ingredients can be blended well and masked in the form of soup. It is a perfect comfort food, which can be easily cooked, and is loved by almost everyone. It also carries benefits for people who want to lose weight.

Home-made soups are much healthier than the ready-to-drink packet ones as the packet ones have starch and few other ingredients which are not healthy. Another important thing is the time of having these soups. It should be preferred that soups should be taken as early as possible in the evenings, latest by 7:00pm, if at home and 8:00pm if having dinner out as it has salt content which can lead to water retention in the body if consumed too late. The soup can be coupled with freshly cut salad without any creams or fat content.

The calories in a soup can range from 20 to 100 approximately, depending upon the density and the additives. However, the usual by-the-sides like breadsticks, potatoes, rice crackers, naan bread, tofu croutons, creme fraiche, or even a spoonful of pesto etc. increase the calorie content and hence should be avoided.

So the next time you stress about what to cook for dinner, just pick up some vegetables off the shelf, or meat, and blend your way through an easy,nutritious and yummy dinner choice.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

By itself it is not harmful but in the long run it develops into needing more and more to cause the same effect. We all start with beer, often referred to as a gateway drug i.E. It introduces us to the drinking scene. If you have any preconditions that dispose to addiction, then in no time you will develop an affinity to the substance that leads to (very gradually of course) enslavement. When we say this to people, their usual response is that they are in control and there is no problem. This is called denial. The concern is the predisposition to addiction. For example, alcoholism can be passed on to three generations, sometimes even by skipping a generation.

Do not use harsh soap avoid synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth you can use good quality neem soap like himalaya you can use good quality tel com consult again if symptom persist.

Bupropion can cause rise in blood pressure, so you need to monitor your bp. In higher doses or in those individuals who have history of fits, it can precipitate fits. Generally duration of treatment during first episode of depression is 6months but it can vary.

Probably u have started top feed. If so, stop completely n put on exclusive breast feeding till either breast is empty or baby is satisfied. There is no reason that milk is not sufficient. Still both breast may have sufficient milk for baby requirement. Feed him every 2-3 hourly or on demand if it is earlier than 2 hours. This practice shall improve or maintain breast milk production.

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and a homoeopathic tincture called arnica montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique as in 1 above. Repeat the above process every 3rd day and see the growth in 1 month. Take a red mushroom called ganoderma 5 gms. 2 times per day at 12 hours interval for 3 months.

Hi 5 simple tricks to sharpen thinking and memory skills using these memory-enhancing techniques can help improve your ability to learn new information and retain it over time. 1. Repeat one of the golden rules of learning and memory is a repeat, repeat, repeat. The brain also responds to novelty, so repeating something in a different way or at a different time will make the most of the novelty effect and allow you to build stronger memories. Examples of using repetition include: taking notes repeating a name after you hear it for the first time repeating or paraphrasing what someone says to you 2. Organize a day planner or smart phone calendar can help you keep track of appointments and activities and can also serve as a journal in which you write anything that you would like to remember. Writing down and organizing information reinforces learning. Try jotting down conversations, thoughts, experiences. Review current and previous day's entries at breakfast and dinner. Masterbation if done 2-3 times a week, it is quite healthy behaviour. If you are taking good diet - fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, going for morning jogging for one hour, and staying busy with studies and work then this is healthy behaviour. Keeps you relaxed and mentally stable. If you indulge in too much masterbation and doing reverse as said above, remember too much of everything is also bad. Do stay away from porn or this will lead to wrong direction and thinking.

Mr. Lybrate-user, normal range of tsh is 0.3 to 6 milli units/ml. Usually tsh level between 6 to 10 milli units/ml is considered sub clinical hypothyroidism. Above 10 milli units/ml, treatment is indicated. Thyroxine hormone secreted by thyroid gland is an essential hormone, needed for development and functioning of brain, required for almost every single metabolic activity in the body. Deficiency causes multiple symptoms affecting various organs and systems. Usually seen symptoms are slow heart rate, swelling of face nd lower limbs, dry skin. Dry hair, hair fall, weight gain, in females irregularity of menstrual cycle, excess flow, difficulty in becoming pregnant, improper outcome of pregnancy, difficulty in speech, inability to concentrate, anxiety, depression, early fatigue and tiredness etc. If not treated it can lead to more serious condition called myxdema.
