From last 15 days I found my feet swollen. On contact, the doctor advised to reduce Bp which was 150/80. I am a diabetic and using metformin 500 2times day, voglistar o. 3three times a day TelmiSartan40 mg once daily For pain in feet they advised pregabalin75, Eslo 5 Dezacor6 Kindly let me know if My medication is correct.

Dear lybrater. Swelling can be due to low protein in blood heart problems kidney/ prostate problems thyroid problem medication like amlodepine. Eslo etc. Please tell me can you climb 2 floors without problems. Do you have any difficulty in passing urine. If no to both questions. Then stop eslo and increase telmisartan to 2 times a day. Please get back to me with details.

It might be related to digestive problems or acid peptic disorder. You can change your lifestyle and watch for the symptoms. Dear lybrateuser, -your heart rate is within the range of 50-88% of your target heart rate when you are exercising, since you achieve the target heart rate it is beneficial for your heart & overall health, if you feel tired after exercise then reduce your pace & the rate will come down -along with aerobic exercise you should do moderate weight lifting at least two days in a week, also do stretching & yoga -have a well balanced, nutritious diet with fruits & vegetables & proteins, eggs, milk, yogurt, paneer, cheese, beans, soyaproducts, nuts-almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts -have 8-10 glasses of water in a day or more if you exert & sweat a lot.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

I am feeling continually pain @my heart, during 1½ days then I take a disprin with pain killer & it's gone not fully after that done ecg + x-ray & report shows bronchovascular marking are prominent in b/l lung field. I don't know what's this! Are it's serious thing? I quit smoking! N what I do now?
