I have spondylitis since 5 months I am undergoing treatment since then but I find not much difference. Could you please suggest me something.

You should not depend over medication for spondylitis treatment. Just follow the instructions and exercises advised by your doctor. Avoid modern medicines and follow ayurveda treatment for minimal side effects.

I am 35 years old and I am suffering from thyroid. Because of which I have gained extra weight and and spondilytis since few months because of which I cannot sit in a constant position for a long time. Doctors have adviced that both the diseases are not curable completely. Kindly suggest me what to do?

You just go for homoeopathic treatment and I assure you that you will feel much better thyrol dropss (allen) 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times a day thyroidinum 3x (dr. Wilmar schwabe german) chew 2 tab twice daily spondyaid drops (bazkson) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times a day a difference of minimum 15 minutes between 2 homoeo medicines to be maintained. Report after 2 months.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Do physiotherapy as it helps in flexibility and mobility of joints, get your urea, uric acid, kidney and liver function tests, also vit D and calcium levels tested. A few more specialised tests are needed too ,to rule out arthritis and other joint ailments. There are various medications available to increase the joint mobility, reduce swelling and strengthen your muscles and ligaments. You may get back to us for further advice if needed.

I am having leg pain and weakness from last 5 days. And feeling very tired. What to do now?
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x +Nat phos 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

I have started doing workout yesterday and I am having muscle pains now (they are just mild) can I continue my workout today or should I rest my body?

Don't worry about the pain (specially if it's a mild). If you have recently joined the gym than please start with light exercises. Warm up before the workout like stretching, banding, light jogging etc and cool down after the workout. If possible than follow the instructor for prevention of any damage. Note- skipping classes due to pain can aggregate the pain (if there will be no damage)

It is caused due to heat. Drink as much as water you can. If possible sugar box and tamarind mixed water is good for healthin summer to avoid burning after urination.

maintain proper posture while sitting. Don't sit at one place continously for hrs. Avoid doing work which involves bending forward.. Avoid lifting heavy weights. proper rest is important. You can consult for medications

precautions - maintain erect posture of spine - avoid heavy weight lighting - applyhot fermentation atnight followed by violini , do this for 5 days if pain still persist cobsult phtsiotherapist for us , ift application followed by strengthening exercisez

Hi I can understand your problem. Back pain is related to poor posture rather than height # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.do share investigation reports if you have any.
