Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis You can do Olive oil massage in upward direction this will increase your Blood supply of legs and foot consult physician/me for further management.

don't mind this type of head ache, try to dip a shawl in cold water and cover head for one hour. try tab Karuthavattu crushed and mixed with cooled water and apply forehead three time daily.

I face hair fall problem. How I can regrowth my hair. My hair become very ruff what can I do?
For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

How to recognise mood disorder , My parents and peers criticize me by saying that if you have any disorder than you won't be able to eat food, you won't be able to laugh or enjoy comedy show, so what basically is the mood disorder. I eat food ,laugh at jokes but I get irritating thoughts while working or doing any work, am I lazy but I don't have any desire to achieve something in life ,I read self help books but still there is no burning desire in me to achieve something ,I tried many things but still I don't feel the fire in me and my self esteem and confidence is poor as I have not achieved anything ,please help me.

I think your parents and peers are wrong if they do not have this information about what is going on internally. This is exactly what happens when you are depressed, mildly. If it becomes severe you may not be able to enjoy life like you are doing now. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation and you could stave off the severe depression later on: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

I have dandruff problem since long time, but now it has turned into patches and so severe, if I scratch it's falling rapidly. I have used even ketoconazole, its not working, kindly suggest me any other medications to get rid from this severe problem.

I have two problem 1. I am taking pimple medicines from last 2.5 months. Around 20 days back I had painful pimples on my below portion of upside femur and on my back side near backbone. Was this allergy due to medicine or due to harsh weather condition? 2. I am worried about my height. My body figure has become abnormal. My butts have grown much. When I get up in morning I feel pain in backbone and find difficulty in bending my body. My stomach has grown outward. My body's lower part is heavier than upper part. My thighs are broad. I sleep 8 to 10 hours a day. What are the reasons behind this? Is this due to wrong way of walking, sleeping, sitting or some other reason? Will this effect my height growth?

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.
