There is no fixed number of times that masturbation is recommended. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

hello mam, do stretching and cardio exercise alternate days. take luke warm water before and after meals. don't skip your meals and breakfast. do walk daily. have small and frequent meals.

When you are suffering from hair loss, the first thing is you should focus on the food what you eat. Many people often goes for various hair care products but it doesn't get results well. What really matters is what you eat. The best way to prevent hair loss and to improve the hair growth is to keep a close eye on what you are eating. Here we list a super foods that promotes good hair growth and prevents hair loss. Sunflower seeds: sunflower seed are the rich sources of copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron, biotin, protein, omega-6 fatty acids. These supplements helps to prevent the hair loss. A handful of raw sunflower seeds were enough for healthy hair growth. But don't eat in excess because too much consumption of sunflower seeds can even lead to hair loss. Mr. Lybrate-user, I understood your condition& already you also might b have understood tyhe reason for your complaint. If night shifts are unavoidable in your case, then try to follow few measures regularly. Like practicing yoga, meditation, pranayama, breathing exercises regularly.& also, try to avoid taking food more spicy/ju7nk food& avoid coffee/tea. Take warm milk before going to bed. Do exercises vigorously. In homeo, try to take cocculus 200 potency pills daily twice for 2-3 days& repeat again for next wk, dose: 6-8 pills. & also take passiflora mother tincture morning& night 15-20 drops in 1/4th cup of water daily.& see the result.

All ailments yours are due to overweight. First diet control, second exercise -vigorous. Diet means avoid fry, fast fatty food. No party food, do not take egg, prawn, cake pastry pizza. Total quantity of food willbe minimal. Let yoour fat burn. There mediccine for reduction of fat but I prefer diet & exercise.

Mr. Lybrate-user, a person with prediabetes, has to adapt a modified life style. Which means he should take a properly planned balanced diet, avoid too much of sweets, do not indulge in sweetened aerated drinks, junk foods, pastires and deep fried foods. Also avoid fructose corn syrup containing products, highly processed foods. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Use whole grain products. Total caloric intake has to be meeting the exact demand based on ideal body weight. Plus exercise daily for at least 1 hour. It is difficult to predict whether diabetes will occur or not and what is the percentage.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretchingtowel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.
