Getting sleep in day time will be mostly due to the lack of sleep in nigt hrs. Mostly now a days, generations, are using systems, gadgets, in night for many purposes&twhich will effect the sleep, though, you sleep, in night that is not qualitative, & sound so, that is effceting your day life. If this is the reason, you try to avoid using those in night time more, & try to go to bed early& maintain sleep hrs minimum 8-9 hrs/day if possible, try to get a nap of atleast 1/2 hr or 1 hrs in mid day, after lunch which will make your mind fresh to continue the day activities without dullness or drowsyness. Try to take healthy, home made diet& avoid taking junk, heavy, oily, fried, spicy food, if possible, atleast in day time. Take more water. Do proper exercises.

Its not very expensive, few thousands rupees, day-care hospital stay, heals in 15 days but it can be solved without surgery also, first checkup with sexologist.

If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Dear, First of all tell me your ht wt and age and tell is it type1 or type2 diabetes. Try to first change your lifestyle. Avoid oily and fatty stuff. And pure form of carbohydrate I mean sugar rice etc. Try to do 45 min fast breast walk.

lybrate-user, You may try and reduce uric acid level to around 5 mg or so. That may reduce joint pains. If you take non vegetarian food the avoid organ meat, red meat, certain fishes like herring, haddock, salmon, sardines, trout, scallops, mushrooms, mussels etc. Avoid alcohol, high fat milk products. If need be then take uric acid reducing drugs. Thanks.

I am facing a problem regarding acidity in my stomach. I visit a lot of doctors. Everything doctor gave me medicine. Until I take medicine there is some relief in acidity. But as soon as the medicine over. My acidity starts again. I got no permanent solution. Almost 6 month passed with this acidity. It it is very strong. I can't even eat my food properly. Problem of acidity is a tendency in which your stomach starts to produce more acid than required for the digestions of your food. In such a case when there is irregularity in the timings of the meal or there is intake of spicy and oily food items then there is production of even more acid. Although a vegetable, garlic is primarily classified as a spice and is used in many dishes across cultures. However, apart from the pungent smell which is the most known characteristic of garlic, it also has medicinal properties and thus, was even used by healers for various ailments before the advent of modern medicine.

Some of the reasons garlic is considered healthy: 
Garlic is considered healthy for a multitude of reasons. Let's look at some of the ailments that garlic can prevent as well as help in healing.

  1. Great Against Common Cold: Garlic and garlic based homemade treatments are great ways to ward off the common cold. Garlic contains the chemical "allicin" which is known to aid health within the body. Having a few cloves or garlic can help you fight the common cold infection.
  2. It is Known to Improve Bone Health: Garlic is known to be very beneficial for bone health, especially in menopausal women. Women may encounter bone loss during menopause as the production of estrogen is lowered. Garlic encourages estrogen production which can stop bone loss and even protect against bone problems such as osteoarthritis.
  3. Is an effective agent in Lowering Blood Pressure: Hypertension is a known killer all across the world. Garlic contains polysulfides which are effective in vasodilation or the widening of the blood vessels and also relaxation of the muscles. Please take bryonia 30 - twice daily for few days. Do not sleep under direct fan/ac. Avoid getting cold taking cold drinks/foods. Drink warm fluids. For acidity take natrum phos 6x - twice daily 4 tabs.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hi, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter. Do get an x-ray done to rule out fracture.
