Hi, please take homeopathic medicine lyco 200, acid phos 200 five drops in few luke water and apply arnica hair oil, shampo and report back after 25 days with feedback. Boil some curry leaves and add coconut oil over it and apply over scalp and hair, drink carrot juice, eat one piece of amla daily. Drink lots of water, nut s, healthy protein diet.

You will rue the day you become obese and have difficulty knocking down your weight. The whole world is fighting an almost losing battle with the bulge. As long as you are active and fit, do not worry about your emaciated looks. If you seriously want to put on weight, you can put on muscle mass. This can be achieved by going to a gym and the instructor or coach will help you in this regard: as a general rule, if you do brisk exercise you will develop muscle and if you do slow stretching exercises you will tone your body. Weight bearing exercise, even though it is on the slow side will generally, add much desirable weight. Food wise any increase in carbohydrates will tend to add to your bulk. By nature, if your basic metabolic rate is high, whatever you eat will easily get metabolized and will spare nothing to add to your weight. You could learn meditation and yoga to slow down your metabolism and that will also make you a calm person. Whatever happens, do not neglect your physical fitness with sufficient exercise, eat well, sleep well, be stress-free as much as possible, and have a good collection of friends.

If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Hello Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take a glass of lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and oily food. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.

It is difficult to cure diabetes. Research is going on to find cure for diabetes. But definitely one can reduce dosage of medicines by following proper diet, doing regular exercise and following other advise given by the doctor. Your mother's fasting sugar is high, it needs to get control, so consult your doctor first.

What Are Anxiety Disorders?

Does the fear of the exam get your heart racing? Does a tensed feeling grip you as you are about to make that big presentation to the board? Feeling anxious and worried is a common reaction is such situations. It is, however, different, when anxiety moves to the level of a disorder that debilitates you from living a normal life. 

Types: Different type of anxiety disorders include
a) Generalized anxiety disorder: People suffering from this disorder generally have a persistent fear or worry of everyday matters. Will you manage to get to office on time? Will you be able to make the money you need? Will you be able to get sleep tonight! -All of which are valid thoughts which convert into an anxiety problem if you dwell on them too long and too hard.
b) Phobia: This is the largest category in anxiety disorders characterized by the fear of an object, person or situation. 
c) Panic disorder: The unfortunate part of this disorder is a panic attack that can be triggered by an object of fear or an intense situation which can cause the person to have difficulty in breathing, tremble, shake and often disable them for anything between 10 minutes to a few hours. 
d) Agoraphobia: Want to escape from the room but your feet won't cooperate? That's agoraphobia -a fear linked with panic disorder which makes you feel trapped.
e) Social anxiety disorder: Most of us may have experienced a form of this fear when we had to go on stage for a performance or speaking assignment. When it escalates to become a disorder, the fear manifests itself with physical symptoms and sometimes aggravates to social isolation. 
f) Post traumatic stress disorder: This is the aftermath of being in a traumatic situation like combat, natural disaster, rape and hostage situation. 
g) Other anxiety disorders: These include separation anxiety (from being separated from a person or place), situational anxiety (like claustrophobia that happens when a person is in a situation of tightly crowded places) and Obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) where a person follows compulsive rituals to get relief from the anxiety. 

Causes
Anxiety disorder is a mental illness. It is not a result of personal weakness, a character flaw, or poor upbringing. Though exact causes are unclear, scientists say that disorders are caused by a combination of factors, including changes in the brain and environmental stress. Drugs, alcohol abuse, certain medical conditions and genetics are also possible triggers for anxiety disorder. 

Symptoms: It mostly includes one or more of symptoms like restlessness, irritability, concentration problems, fatigue, muscle tension and sleep disturbance

Diagnosis:
Anxiety disorders are often 'caught in the act' during a flare up or a high stress situation when the victim is unable to cope with the situation. Standardized screening clinical questionnaires such as the Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale or the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale can be used to detect anxiety symptoms, and the need for a formal diagnostic assessment of anxiety disorder may be suggested.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3 mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3 mm then you should surely go for surgery.

1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

You may need filling or root canal treatment & capping. Until then Rinse thoroughly with mouth wash. Then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth.

If you feel you are grossly underweight and not gaining weight, first of all you have to check if you have any disease like anaemia or thyroid disease by a blood tests CBC, PBS and TSH. If the tests are normal, you have to do this for gaining weight and follow these steps .1) Estimate your calorie needs for weight gain. First, you need to determine your total energy expenditure (TEE). For thin men, multiply your weight in pounds by 11, and for thin women, multiply your weight in pounds by 10. Then multiply this number by an activity factor. If you get very little activity, use a factor of 1.3; if you get a little exercise or have a job that requires standing, use 1.6 if you're a man and 1.5 if you're a woman; or if you are moderately active, such as with a light labour job, use an activity factor of 1.7 if you're male and 1.6 if you're female. Once you've determined your TEE, add 500 to this number for your total calorie needs for weight gain. 2) Eat five to six small meals a day. Eating smaller meals more often helps prevent you from getting too full, which might help you get in more calories and help you reach your weight-gain goals. 3) Balance your intake. Even though you need to eat more calories to help you fill out, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says it's still important that you include a variety of foods from all the food groups, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods and dairy products. 4) Add calories to your usual foods. For example, at breakfast make your oatmeal with milk instead of water; add cheese and avocado to your sandwich at lunch; and instead of steaming your veggies at dinner, sauté them in olive oil. 5) Snack on high-calorie foods. Fruit and nut mixes, peanut butter on whole-wheat toast, cheese and crackers are all nutrient-rich, high-calorie snack options that can help you gain weight. 6) Drink your calories -- but in a nutritious way. While water is good for hydration, when you want to gain weight it's better to drink beverages that supply calories. Milk and 100 percent fruit juice make the healthiest drink choices. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics also suggests that you drink your fluids in between meals so that it doesn't affect your appetite during mealtimes. 7) The most important gist of the weight gain programme is to Keep a food diary or use an online calorie tracker to help make sure you are meeting your calorie needs. Add non-fat dried milk powder to your milk, soup, yogurt, mashed potatoes and hot cereal. A 1/4-cup serving of the powder adds 109 calories and 11 grams of protein. To help make sure you gain muscle and not fat, add strength training to your exercise routine.

काली मिर्च एक अनुपम औषधि है। लाल मिर्च की अपेक्षा यह कम दाहक और अधिक गुणकारी है। इसीलिए मसाले में लाल मिर्च की बजाय काली मिर्च का उपयोग प्रचलित है। काली मिर्च का योग्य रीति से उपयोग किया जाए तो वह रसायन गुण देती है। आयुर्वेद में काली मिर्च को सभी प्रकार के बैक्टीरिया, वायरस आदि का नाश करने वाली औषधि माना जाता है।
*काली मिर्च उदरपीड़ा, डकार और अफारा मिटाकर कामोत्तेजना एवं विरेचन करती है। *अरुचि, जीर्ण ज्वर, दांत दर्द, मसूड़ों की सूजन, पक्षाघात, नेत्ररोग आदि पर भी यह हितकारी है।
*जुकाम होने पर काली मिर्च मिलाकर गर्म दूध पीएं। यदि जुकाम बार-बार होता है, अक्सर छीकें आती हैं तो काली मिर्च की संख्या एक से शुरू करके रोज एक बढ़ाते हुए पंद्रह तक ले जाए फिर प्रतिदिन एक घटाते हुए पंद्रह से एक पर आएं। इस तरह जुकाम एक माह में समाप्त होगा।
*खांसी* होने पर आधा चम्मच काली मिर्च का चूर्ण और आधा चम्मच शहद मिलाकर दिन में 3-4 बार चाटें। खांसी दूर हो जाएगी।
*गैस की शिकायत होने पर एक कप पानी में आधे नीबू का रस डालकर आधा चम्मच काली मिर्च का चूर्ण व आधा चम्मच काला नमक मिलाकर नियमित कुछ दिनों तक सेवन करने से गैस की शिकायत दूर हो जाती है।गला बैठना :काली मिर्च को घी और मिश्री के साथ मिलाकर चाटने से बंद गला खुल जाता है और आवाज़ सुरीली हो जाती है। आठ-दस काली मिर्च पानी में उबालकर इस पानी से गरारे करें, इससे गले का संक्रमण खत्म हो जाएगा।त्वचा रोग :काली मिर्च को घी में बारीक पीसकर लेप करने से दाद-फोड़ा, फुंसी आदि रोग दूर हो जाते हैं।

For infertility there are lots of causes, get semen test of your husband first. If you get pregnant, your period will be missed and your pregnancy test will become positive after 2 days, if your cycle has been regular. If you do not get pregnant, get your husband checked first and get a basic test of ultrasound on your abdomen.

Hi, I'am 48 years old and suffering from bronchial asthma since childhood, of late my dependence on salbutabol inhalers has increased quit a bit, and I'm never comfortable for a few hours at a stretch, feel exhausted, I don't take any oral medication. Pls. Advice.

its allergic problem,there is no permanent cure,take cap acebrophylline 100 mg bd for 7 days or nebulise with respule duoiln .5 and res. budacort bd. steam inhalation. Wear mask to avoid dust and pollution, it will help. Thank you
