Migraine pain at times very disturbing and painful. You may take lemonade one glass daily in morning empty stomach. Take spigellia 200 and glonine 200 4 pills from each medicine at a time 2-3 times daily alternately. Maintain a gap of half an hour between meals and medicine.

Continuous sitting leads to back pain if there's lack of core strengthening and lack of flexibility I can suggest you exercises that you can do at home yourself.

My left testicle is larger than my right testicle. Six years back there was a sudden pain in left testicle which lasted for 2-3 days and after that I noticed that left testicle is hanging below the right one. I have proper erections and ejaculations. Is there any potential problem?

The pain that you had years back can be due to two reasons Torsion. This mean that that blood vessels to testes get twisted leading to reduced blood supply to the testing. 2.orchitis mean there can be infection in the testis. Both the condition can reduce the size of the testis which is called atrophy. As the other testing is functioning normally you are not having trouble.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. Cycling will be a good exercise for you. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Long sitting is your problem so take break between work and do walk and stretch your back muscle. Tk soft pillow for back support. Heat fermentation twice a day and muscle relaxant medicine and do spine stretching exercise in daily routine.

Sir, I felt down from the bus last week after I am having severe pain in left knee as per our Dr. advice MRI taken the results are 1.There is edema of subcutaneous plane. 2, small depressed fracture in the posterior lateral tibial condyle. 3, small hairline fracture fibular head, 4, low grade partial thickness tear of anterior cruciate ligament. 5, contusion mucoid degeneration in the posterior horn of medical meniscus. 6, grade 1 sprain of medical collateral ligament. 7, grade 1 sprain of medical and lateral patellar retinaculum. 8, Small knee joint effusion. Please help how to treat this please is there any serious problem please help.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Knee Ligament laxity if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. You have to do knee strengthening exercises, ie. Knee rehabilitation exercises which will strengthen your knee. Exercises will give you permanent cure than the surgery. Physiotherapy Management:You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
