Dear Lybrate User, *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples. *Avoid more salt, dry, junk foods. Consult to get prescribe suitable for pimple and detoxification.

Hi lybrate-user, Don't worry you need psychotherapy for your problem. First of all I need you to practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing. Do it daily for 15 minutes whenever you can.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

You may check his blood to test there' s no anaemia by measuring Hb level and blood count. Also do thyroid function test as well. If there' s no medical problem and he plays actively there' s nothing to worry. The behaviour as you discussed is just his mannerisms. Get back if you want to. Regards

I have recently started with my job, 2 months back and in the starting I was stressed because of work so I wasn't able to sleep at nights but now from last 15 days I am not stressed because of work but still I am not able to have a relaxed sleep. The whole night, I keep working in my dreams, I mean I keep doing the same work which I do in office and when I wake up I do not remember much about it and I feel tired. I get up minimum 7-10 times at night to see the timing. I tried listening to meditation music before sleeping but nothing is helping.

You are definitely under some stress and it si probably related to your work. It may settle on its own over time. But not getting enough sleep is bad medicine. So I suggest you do some of the following even if you have tried some of them: The lack of sleep, i.e. Sleep for less than 6 hours per night, is directly linked to about 86 diseases! So let us first focus on that. In your case particularly, do not sleep during the day; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through your nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether you sleep or not. You must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if you do not get sleep. If you do not get sleep, just lie down and if you have a bed lamp (or you could get one) lie down and read something light but not exciting. Your eyes will tire and you will fall asleep. If you like you may also put on light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether you are a visual or auditory person, you may watch TV in a lying down position until you feel sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If you are one of them, please do so). Place the head side of your bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on your body or in the room, or on your sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in your bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on your left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. You must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever you eat in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep you may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i.e. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you know Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (check this out either on YouTube or Google), then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before you sleep.

In that case, clean your outer ear with a cloth and try one of the following to remove the blockage: place a few drops of mineral oil, baby oil, water, or commercial ear drops into the inner ear to soften the wax, which will allow it to come out more easily.

yes so stop alcohol and smoking do not drink water after meal(upto 4 hours, u can drink liters of water before meal do not lie just after meal avoid full stomach meal if not improved need some medication

Fasting Sugar of 210 is extremely high. If this is happening inspite of taking medicine, then it means the diet is not proper. Please make sure he avoids foods with high 'Glycemic Index' # Foods to Completely Avoid - White Rice - Potatoes - Sugars - Biscuits - Sweets - Colas - Juices - White Breads - Corn Flakes - Banana - Mango - Grapes - Fried Foods - Full cream milk - Ghee - Butter etc. # # Foods to take >> Papaya, Mosambi, Multigrain Atta roti without Ghee, Brown Rice, Oats, Cucumber, Dals, Rajma, Vegetables, Skimmed Milk, Almonds etc. %% Should eat every two hours - light snacks /meals. $$ Overall he has to reduce weight, go for long walks, reduce stress and improve lifestyle. $$ He can also do Pranayam and Meditation which will help him. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Being a homoeopath I will advise you to go for homoeopathic treatment at this stage as it is safe and there are more chances for height gain if you put your 100% EFFORT

To control or maintain BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Surgery is very effective option for restoration of shoulder function. Arthroscopy surgery is very rewarding. If you have more than one dislocation or if you feel it will dislocate again, then there is no point in waiting as delay causes more damage to glenoid and humeral head. More extensive surgery becomes necessary in that case.

The penis is the male reproductive sexual organ that also serves as an outlet for urine. The main parts of the penis are the root, the body, the shaft skin and the foreskin. The size of the penis is different at different times, as the measurement varies due to the time of the day, room temperature, arousal time and in sexual activity. The growth of the penis takes place from infancy to the age of five and again a year before puberty that is around the age of twelve up to the age of seventeen. There are several facts concerning the size of the pennies in men. Here you have some of the key points which would let you have an idea regarding the average size of the pennies in men in most cases women have no worries regarding the size of the pennies. They are simply unaware of the fact. Men are more worried regarding the size and thickness of the pennies more than forty five percent of men have small pennies. This is the general pennies fact in case of men and this has got to do with the normal sexual life of men several studies have revealed that the flaccid length of the pennies is from seven to ten centimetres.
