To reduce belly fat reduce eating of sugar,sweetened juice,cola beverages,soft drinks.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat small amount of foods.Eat food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat lots of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Eat unrefined foods.Eat extra protein for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,running,squat,swimming.These will be helpful.

Hi Feeling very fatigue and stress. Last week was very tiring making reports and presentation. Water intake was reduced. Having motions 2-3 times a day. Tight stomach. Boils are occurring on my forehead n neck. Today morning I had a soar throat, did ghargal use betadine. Could you please advice some medication for having proper motions. I feel if my motions are clear then my fatigue n stress problem can be solved.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Dear - the teeth sensation may not be related to your ear and bodily sensations. We would need to do a clinical examination to be able to guide you well. You may post the intra oral pictures of your teeth so that we can try to be of some help. But, once again nothing better than a clinical examination by a dental surgeon.

I'm 22 and I have a problem of hair fall. This has started 5 years back itself and its has reduced a bit as 5 years back I was staying in bangalore (Karnataka) for Studying now I'm in home Bangalore. But still I have doubt that I'll be bald within 6 years so please give me some suggestions.

1.Take balanced diet, iron/calcium/vitamin/mineral supplement 2. Take protein and iron rich food like fish, green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk product 3. Use lukewarm Almond/olive/coconut oil for massaging your hair 4. Keep scalp clean by regularly shampooing 5. 18 months ago I suffered from kidney stone of 5.5mm. Lots of pain I have! After that I have diagnosing take neeri tablet for 4 months the stone has broken and it was came out via urine. Past 1 year nothing happen. But last 15 days at the time of passing urine irritation comes it takes 20 to 30 minutes long. Now summer I intake daily 4 to 5 litre of water every day. Please any one give me a resolution. Thanks in advance.

My triglyceride and uric acid levels tend to remain high. Had a breakdown in 2009. Since then taking atorvastatinas a daily medicine and uric acid medicines are not frequently taken. After long, since then. Lipid profile is showing higher uric acid levels of 7 and quite low levels of HDL, LDL and Triglycerides 122. What should I do now to upgrade these needed levels and lower uric acid levels?

No need medicines tips for increased uric acid levels and gout watch your weight. Try to lose weight slowly. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily. Keep an eye on the purine content of food. Avoid offal, shellfish and crustaceans and tinned fish such as sardines in oil. Eat no more than 100g of meat, sausages, fish and poultry a day. Drink alcohol only occasionally, as it affects the elimination of uric acid. Eat low-fat food. The consumption of high-fat foods encourages weight gain. Drink at least two litres of low-calorie fluids a day. Recommended fluids are water, tea and fruit juice.
