Could be allergic reaction or due to body heat. Drink lots of water and avoid spicy, oily foods. Azadirachta indica Q (homoeopathic medication will be useful)

Give ORS at frequent intervals. Give Bananas, pomegranate, coconut water, nutmeg paste in water, sabudaba water, rice water, Dal,arrow root powder etc.

No need to change the dosage. Repeat your thyroid test after every 6 months. And your doctor will taper your dose accordingly.
