This is due to strain of muscle tk rest heat fermentation twice a day and do stretching exercise of legs.

I working in a private firm had to sit 9-12 hours in the office.I have backache from last 6 months what to do and sometime I feel massive pain in my back just because of that could not even walk a single step.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to have any kind of persistent back pain, please elaborate your problem in detail as to your duration of pain and whether there is any pain radiating down in legs and any other symptoms like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in legs etc do you feel fever, weight loss, loss of apetite etc if you have localized back pain, you can start with - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. Get back to me in case your symptoms do not get better in 2-3 weeks time. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

He needs to avoid things which are made more than 12 hours before and needs to eat freshly prepared food items and amla is a natural food and which can be eaten to benefit from its value

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hello Gout is a metabolic disorder. In this disease uric acid deposition occurs in joint. It causes inflammation in joints. Ayurveda has solution to this disorders. She should avoid proteinaceous foods in her diet.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I had a noise coming from my left knee but now pain started in my knee. My legs also hurt frequently and every morning when I wake up there is pain in my feet and leg joint and it is very difficult for me to even walk properly. My age is 31 years and I take thyrox 100.

Pl meet a physiotherapist to learn knee & foot exercises along with Adv on proper shoes. Till that time use sports shoes. Also do hot fermentation at both places.

I suppose that most of your issues can be ascribed to you being a diabetic and thus can be resolved by discussion with an endocrinologist / general physician who is managing your diabetes. My wrist got fractured last year on 29 june 2016. Doctor plastered it for 28 days. After 28 days he again advised to keep the plaster for 2 weeks more. I cut it in 10 days myself. The pain was gone. But till now also wrist joint pains on bending. It is not flexible as it was before. Please guide me.

Because of plaster joint get stiff and musclesgot weak, kindly consult physiotherapist to know writ exercises .as joint range will improve you will experience less pain.
