1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn spinal exercises from Physiotherapist. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Don't do forward bending. 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

back - do hot fermentation and rest posture correction must. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. do stretching exercise in daily routine. knee- do hot fermentation and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time avoid strain full activity. otherwise physiotherapy treatment for both part

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines ­ Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 ­ take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi­Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi there, I have slip disc fir past few years and last year I was operated in my knee fir ACL reconstruction. Due to the said reasons I m not able to do physical exercises which resulted in sudden increase in my weight. I have reduced my diet as well as daily fat intake. But that is not helping. What shall I do to reduce my weight as the increasing weight is further adding on to the knee n back problems.

Advice, 1. X-ray spine AP & Lat views 2. Blood for sugar, CBC, TSH, Vitamin D 3. 3. Physiotherapy 4, Avoid long sitting on computer & mobile 5. Avoid bending forward & lifting weight.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. This change in your walking pattern can also affect the whole chain of your lower body. From the ankle, to the knee, to the hip, and then to the lower back. If your feet or ankles aren’t working right, don’t ignore them! Contact a foot and ankle surgeon for an evaluation.

Stop cycling, take rest for three days without weight bearing .start qudraceps exercise by sitting on a tall chair straight your knee for many times after your rest period. Make this exercise as a habit. Good luck.

Hello im siya 28 years old. Since 2 years im having upper back right side pain along with rib pain from side in right. I did everything bt its nt cured pain pattern different throughout the day and even hours. sometime chronic sometime mild. Im so depressed cuz of dis. Can not do any job cuz of dat. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi lybrate user, do hot water fomentation for 15 minutes for three times a day followed by stretching and strengthening exercises for back, shoulders and leg muscles. If you still have pain consult a physiotherapist to take tens therapy followed by exercises. Please consult orthopaedic for diagnoses.
