I need precautions and food limits to keep it in control
Thank you.
You need to know the low and high glycaemic foods, that is foods that increase /delay the rise in blood sugars. For example white bread has a high gi (glycaemic index) as compared to whole wheat bread. Portion size of your diet will depend on your sugar level, body weight etc. For high bp, you need to cut down all your non veg, processed and bakery products. Certain natural foods are also high in sodium content that needs to be cut down by leeching it.

Migraine is a disturbing and relapsing kind of headache. It has to be treated with precision taking into consideration its provocative factors of relapse. In females it is more common due to frequent changes in hormonal levels. For preventing future relapses you need prophylactic treatmnet. Consult a headache specialist for the same.

All About Scar Revision Surgery

All About Scar Revision Surgery

While some scars are negligible, others can mar your beauty. With cosmetic surgery, today, it is easy to remove scars and make them less prominent. Scar revision surgery can range from invasive procedures, such as scar excision to non invasive procedures like cryotherapy, laser therapy and topical silicone therapy. However, none of these have perfect results. The main aim of scar revision surgery is to make the scars blend in as much as possible with the surrounding skin in terms of colour, texture and elevation.

Picking a scar revision procedure is a matter of weighing the pros and cons of each type of procedure and the cause for dissatisfaction:

  1. Functional limitations of the scar and likelihood of functional impairment after surgery
  2. Patient's expectations
  3. Location of the scar
  4. Quality of skin type and surrounding tissue

Scars are formed due to a number of reasons, such as acne, cuts, burns, surgery and infection in a wound. Scars created by an overproduction of collagen are the most difficult to treat. In most cases, a patient requires multiple surgeries for scar revision.

Some of these surgeries are:

  1. Surgical Excision: This procedure is usually performed on large scars that do not respond to medication. Here the surgeon shaves and cuts down scar tissue to minimize the size of the scar.
  2. Laser Surgery: This is used to smoothen the scars with raised or uneven surfaces. It involves the removal of the top layer of skin and tightening of the layer below it.
  3. Z plasty and W plasty: These surgical treatments aim to reduce the visibility of the scar by repositioning them along the natural lines and creases of the skin. All topics that sent after editing should be considered as approved.

Hello I have problem in my sex organ are to small so please suggest me how to grow then and give me tips.

Hello I have problem in my sex organ are to small so please suggest me how to grow then and give me tips.
The penis is the male reproductive sexual organ that also serves as an outlet for urine. The main parts of the penis are the root, the body, the shaft skin and the foreskin. The size of the penis is different at different times, as the measurement varies due to the time of the day, room temperature, arousal time and in sexual activity. The growth of the penis takes place from infancy to the age of five and again a year before puberty that is around the age of twelve up to the age of seventeen. There are several facts concerning the size of the pennies in men. Here you have some of the key points which would let you have an idea regarding the average size of the pennies in men. • In most cases women have no worries regarding the size of the pennies. They are simply unaware of the fact. Men are more worried regarding the size and thickness of the pennies. • More than forty five percent of men have small pennies. This is the general pennies fact in case of men and this has got to do with the normal sexual life of men. • Several studies have revealed that the flaccid length of the pennies is from seven to ten centimetres. This is the average size of the pennies in men. • When the pennies get erected the length of the same extends to 12 to 16 centimetres and the erected circumference is around 12 centimetres. the Size of penis be increased? There are no creams, pills, exercises or medicines that can increase the size of the penis. Surgery is the only cure in cases when the total length of the penis remains 3 inches when erect. This is no full proof treatment. There are many methods recommended to enlarge the size of the penis. These include some non-surgical methods like stretching by hand, mechanical devices or attachment of weights or with the use of vacuum pumps. All these methods are very risky as the inner tissues of the penis are very delicate and can be damaged by wrong handling of the penis. The results are also not very positive. For treatment and any querries ask privetly..

My mother was having spondylitis on her spine since 2009 and it was cured by 2012 after taking the medicines. But again in 2015 she felt the pain and we took her to the orthopaedic. But this time she did not recover. And after spending few month being suggested by the orthopaedic we took her to the neurologist. .and he ran few tests including MRI Scan .and said that there is some minor issues. And prescribed two drugs named steriocort and Oslol tr 40. Which she took for 37 days. But on 38th day she started to feel very weak. Her appetite was very less. vomited 3 times. Always felt drowsy. .urination got hampered .could not pass stool. And felt very uneasy. And eventually on 44th day situation got worse and we eventually admitted her in a hospital under a neuro surgeon. And her situation got worse as she could not walk now properly. Then the concerned doctor asked to stop the medicine immediately and asked for few more tests. But on next to next day he said there is no neurological problems and referred to a general physician. .then we got one founding that her sodium level was 114 when we took her first time to the neurologist 46 days back. And the doctor also said that haemoglobin level is very low I. E.8.6, and platelet count was very less at 66000. Then the doctor also said that she is having cough in her chest. And she started her treatment. .and we found that patient was recovering. After admission she was not talking. Always kept her eyes closed. But on 2nd day we saw that she was opening her eyes. And also started communication with others. And she started taking normal foods. But on 3rd day we found her totally different. .as if she is having some mental disorder. .her hands were moving in some wayward directions. Speech was not in order. Keeping her eyes always closed. Could not walk. Taking food was also stopped. Seeing that we consulted with the concerned doctor and she said that she is OK. .and there is no problem as such. This is not a very sounding problem. After taking to home she could get better. But today is the second day. Her situation is getting worsening. .As psychiatric patient. Please suggest what to do? As we are confused.

Could you be at a risk of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)?

Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery, DGO, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Gurgaon
Could you be at a risk of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)?

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) refers to the infection that occurs in the female reproductive organs. It happens when sexually transmitted bacteria infect the uterus, ovaries or fallopian tubes on spreading from the vagina. Generally, the cervix plays the role of preventing the bacteria from entering the vagina and infecting the reproductive organs. But when the cervix becomes exposed to an STD, it loses its power to put a stop to the spread of these microorganisms to the reproductive organs.

What causes this condition?
STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia have been found to be responsible for about 90% of PID cases.

Some of the other causes include

  • Abortion
  • Childbirth
  • Pelvic procedures

The condition is only detected later in life when you face difficulty in getting pregnant or have chronic pelvic pain complaints. If you experience symptoms like vomiting, high fever, pain in the lower abdomen and instances of fainting, you should immediately seek a doctor.

What puts you at risk for PID?
Certain factors may put you at a higher risk for PID and these are:

  • Instances of sexually transmitted diseases like Chlamydia (an STD that can occur from anal, oral or vaginal sex) and gonorrhea (a condition that causes discharge from the vagina or urethra) can make you prone to developing PID.
  • Douching on a regular basis can increase your risk of PID as it disrupts the equilibrium of good and bad bacteria in your vagina, and may hide the symptoms of the condition as well.
  • Even a previous history of PID can increase your chances of having another episode of PID.
  • Compared to older women, teenagers who are sexually active are more prone to developing PID.
  • Having multiple sexual partners can also put you at a greater risk for PID and STDs.

What are the problems caused due excess masturbation Which parts of our body will be damaged due to masturbation.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
What are the problems caused due excess masturbation Which parts of our body will be damaged due to masturbation.
Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.
