Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Reduce weight. Knee must be investigated. Get a MRI of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in DELHI. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don’t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem

dear Ayush, these are called adolescent stretch marks because teenagers’ growth rate is quite rapid. When the skin grows beyond its capacity, you see stretch marks. dont get worried about it. just follow some tips i.e. Exercise Regularly, Hydrate Properly, Healthy Food Choices, apply daily Vitamin E-Rich Oil+ olive oil for 6 weeks. you surely get results. good luck.

Use of pain killers for long is not advised. Take a bus instead of bike. Your back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Hello lybrate user I would like to suggest you do regular exercises of back and legs. Exercises should be gentle and smooth but according to physio advice. Whenever your back muscle becomes relax, pain-free & achieve good level of contraction (after fifteen days) then start some stretching and strengthening exs. Definitely exercise would be helpful to you.

Have vit d & calcium levels checkup Avoid sitting on floor crossed leg & squatting position, even try not to climb stairs frequently Do knee isometrics- lie down & keep towel roll under your knee & press it, hold for 5sec then relax, 20 repetitions each knee, twice daily Straight leg raising- raise your leg hold for 5sec then relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily Sit on high surface with your legs hanging on the side, have about 500grams weight tied to your ankle, then move your leg up hold position for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions each twice daily. Make sure your back should be straight, it should not move backwards or sideways.

With rest do heat fermentation twice a day tk muscle relaxant medicine and avoid strain. If it work then ok otherwise tk swd or ultrasonic therapy.

Do calf stretching exercise and hot fermentation with warm water and do gentle massage of heel apply pain relief ointment avoid long standing and rest must if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment you can use heel sole n do strength exercise.

My face and neck is dark and my other parts are light how to get back the complexion back.
To remove darkness of face & neck apply these methods: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily. • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Hello, * certain symptoms r to be taken into account. # pain is better in movement or in rest. # does she suffer from gastric disorder? # what is the uric acid-level? # does she suffer from ra-level? however, * take, plenty of water, * go, for aerobic exercise of joints under the physiotherapist. *she should take, easily digestible diet avoidng junk food. *homoeo-medicine** @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont 200- 6 pills, thrice a day. @five phos 6x-4 pills, thrice a day. Report, fortnightly.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly. *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You should not be having persistent back pain, please elaborate your problem in detail as to whether there is any pain radiating down in legs and any other symptoms like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in legs etc do you feel fever, weight loss, loss of apetite etc I need to know the elaborate history of joint pains from you so that I can understand cause of pain, duration of joint pains and any associated symptoms like stiffness etc. At this age I would like you to get some tests like cbc, esr, crp and serum electrolytes and serum vitamin d levels done so that we can see if there is any issue and address it accordingly. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
