Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Please tell a really effective treatment or medicine for feeling of weakness and low stamina after sexual act/intercourse. Never gone for second round of sexual act because of very little enthusiasm and lack of energy soon after the ejaculation. Is it natural or it is a problem for the married male 48 years with children, otherwise quite healthy and active. Non smoker and not a user of alcohol, Vegetarian.

You are feeling weakness and low stamina after intercourse. This is not normal. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. For better guidance and natural, safe and permanent treatment, consult me.

Hello... take tab. Paracetamol -500 mg sos for pain. To make better immunity take Powder protinex 1 tsf with milk once a day after meal. there many causes of headache i.e. eye disease or vision problems, stress, fever, high B.P. , acidity, injury, migraine, incomplete sleep, cervical pain, constipation, pl. checkup your B.P. blood sugar level, cbc, after tests consult again. Avoid stress, avoid fatty meal, oily foods , take lemon tea, take protein diet or amino acid diets, take good sleep at night, take green veg., plenty of water. Juice, Welcome in lybrate .

Ayurveda Remedies For Diabetes!

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder that results in higher levels of blood sugars in the body. It is assuming epidemic proportions, and India has become the new diabetic capital with more than 50 million diabetic people. The main problem with diabetes is it does not completely go away, and there is a whole myriad of issues that it brings along with it. Heart attacks, strokes, eyesight problems, delayed wound healing, nerve damage and impotence. Therefore, diabetes and by that we mainly mean blood sugar levels have to be managed so that there is a delay in onset of the associated conditions and/or reduced in severity.

Ayurveda refers to diabetes as Prameha (excessive urination) and Madhumeha (sugary urine) and has identified close to 20 forms of the disease. According to Ayurvedic belief, each disease is caused due to imbalance in kapha, pitta, and vata doshas and diabetes is caused by all these, predominantly by kapha. With any stream of medicine, management of diabetes involves two tracks - one is lifestyle changes and the second is medications.

Lifestyle changes include the following:

  1. Diet: Reduce the amount of rice, sugar, potato, sweet fruits, maida, deep fried foods, and red meat. Protein-rich foods like lentils, soya, green leafy vegetables and fish should be increased. Diet plan should change to small, frequent meals instead of binge eating.
  2. Exercise: Include 30 minutes of regular exercise into your daily routine if you have a diabetic predisposition.
  3. Others: Avoid smoking and alcohol, ensure sufficient sleep, avoid sleeping during day time, improved foot and eye care, periodically check sugar levels, and manage stress levels.

Medication:
Ayurveda has a whole lot of home remedies proven to be very effective against diabetes.

  1. Jambhul: Eugenia Jambolana whether eaten raw or juice extract has been shown to have beneficial effects in managing sugar levels and cholesterol.
  2. Gymnema sylvestre: Used to manage diabetes for over 2000 years, it reduces sugar cravings and is being touted as the future for diabetes treatment.
  3. Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia): It has 3 components that give it strong antidiabetic properties. The charantin reduces blood sugar levels; the polypeptide has insulin-like effects; and lectin that again has hypoglycemic effects.
  4. Bel (Aegle marmelos): Also known as wood apple, leaves of the plant are shown to have antidiabetic properties. 5 to 10 leaves can be chewed on a daily basis to help control blood sugar levels.
  5. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum): Consuming 10 g of fenugreek seeds soaked in water increases the amount of insulin produced, thereby increasing sugar breakdown.
  6. Neem: Chewing about 4 to 5 leaves in the morning on an empty stomach helps to control blood sugar levels. Alternately, neem leaves powder is available which can be dissolved in water and consumed. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Hello- Masturbation has both physical and psychological effects on sexual life. Physical effects include early ejaculation, looses erection, or unable to ejaculate during sex etc. Psychological effects includes unable to find interest on sex at all and finding masturbation pleasurable, depression from sexual under performance, memory loss, lack of sleep etc. Every person mostly get affected from almost all the symptoms after particular stage.

At your age a summer headache can be caused by fatigue, dehydration, stress or anxiety and vascular headache I would like further information to help you better site and nature of headache? is it appears during a specific time every day is it associated with nausea, vomiting or vision problem? I would advise you following guidelines you can take acetaminophen/paracetamol for immediate relief keep yourself well hydrated, have plenty of fluids avoid excessive stress and anxiety avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine. Take rest in a cool dark and quiet room during an attack of headache. Just relax and enjoy your life if it doesn't help you than you should consult a neurologist for examination and a battery of tests like mri and mrv and treatment accordingly. Know The Causes of Smelly Feet!

Smelly feet can be a cause of great embarrassment and discomfort for anyone. Also known as bromodosis, the primary cause of smelly feet is the sweat glands in your feet. This part of the human body has more sweat glands than anywhere else in the body. Additionally, compared to sweat glands in the other parts of the body that secrete to control your body temperature when exposed to hot weather or while exercising, the sweat glands in your feet produce perspiration all the time.

When this happens, bacteria living on your skin break down the perspiration that oozes from your skin pores and a cheese-like smell is produced as the sweat gets broken down by the bacteria.

Apart from the explanation of the origin of this kind of smell, the causes that lead to you having smelly feet are:

- wearing the same footwear on a daily basis and not letting them dry

- poor hygiene habits like not washing your feet and drying them thoroughly

- changes in the body's hormones level especially during pregnancy and puberty

- too much stress

- hyperhidrosis (a condition wherein you sweat excessively)

- athlete's foot (infection of the soles of the feet and between the toes)

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.
