you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. 10 to 15 times vomiting and stomach pain and cramp could not be gastric issues. This has to be food poisoning or some sort endemic problems like cholera or dysentery. Please understand, you need to consult a physician at the earliest. Needs tests to be taken. Don't panic and do not delay. Take care.

Hi. A) take 20 ml himcocid liquid before meal b) take 4 tablets chitradi vati after meals c) take 20 ml of audumbaravleha after meals do all these things for 15 days, it gives you good result, thanks.

Right now what you need is a detailed plan with a carbohydrate breakup suited to your needs your lifestyle present diet etc. Remember you need to manage a certain amount of carbs for the marathon as well as consider your sugar uptake. Common problem in particular with urban population.

If any one experienced these symptoms for more than three months, it is referred to as chronic constipation.

  • Passing stools less regularly

  • Stools becoming lumpy or hard

  • Additional straining when having bowel movements

  • Experiencing the sensation of a blockage that is preventing bowel movements

The recommended daily dietary fibre intake for adults is 25g for women and 30g for men, through fibre-rich foods, such as vegetables, fruit, cereals and whole grains.

it is recommended that whole foods be consumed, rather than a dietary fibre supplement. Additionally, fibre supplements can sometimes aggravate constipation, especially if you do not increase the amount of water you drink daily.

Did you know water makes up about three-quarters of the faecal content? Or that constipation can occur with a high-fibre diet if not enough water is consumed? To sum up, adequate water intake is important to keep bowel contents soft and easy to pass.

Recommended daily fluid intake

Approximate adequate daily intakes of fluids (including plain water, milk, and other drinks) for women are 2.1 litres (about 8 cups) per day and for men is 2.6 litres (about 10 cups) per day.

Simple measures are to be tried to regularize bowel discipline like

  • Goos berry=Amla powder 4-5 gm at bed time with warm water

OR

  • Trimyrebolan=Triphala powder 4-5 gm at bed time with warm water. If these measures are failed then one has to consult Doctor for further investigations and management.

high fibre foods can be taken. All fruits except very sweet fruits like mango and orange can be taken.

KIndly avoid medicines/ supplements for weight loss. Try these natural weight loss tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. Have low fat dairy products 6. Have lean meat & whole egg 7. Avoid skipping meals 8. Have early & light dinner. 9. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep 10. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Cut down on total oil consumption. 11. Avoid sleeping in afternoon 12. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch continuously.
