Sitting is the position where all the load of your upper body falls on the lower back and poor stooped posture makes the load much more than your weight due to gravity acting as added force. Prolonged sitting fatigues your postural muscles and they start hurting. Also too much force on discs makes them degenerate and cause pain. A detailed exercise program prescribed by an orthopaedic physiotherapist can help strengthen back and reduce pain.

X-ray must. Do stretching exercises and strength exercises in gradually process. Do hot fermentation. Posture correction must. If it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for you.

Health Tip Knee Pain and Exercise Therapy

 

Knee pain is second most pain next to back pain in middle age. It could be due to physical injury or by pathological reasons. And correct alignment should be maintained in sitting walking or standing involving body pressure to the limbs expecially to knees. In case of pathological causes should be watched and followed to control infections or to improve immunological components in the body to support the efficiency in managing the resistance against all agents

 

Exercise science or therapy plays a very vital role in controlling the pain and to reduce symptoms. The foremost exercises are to strengthen the quadriceps and hamstring muscles, which could be done by keeping a pillow or small bedsheets preferably cotton beneath knee and pressing hard for 5 to 7 seconds and repeating the same for 15 times resting for 3 second in every repitations (see the pic attached). And hamstring muscle strengthening by lifting straight into 90% without bending the knees and holding the same for 3 to 5 seconds as possible and repeating it for 10 to 15 times for one duration, better to do for twice daily in stipulated time regularly, along with calcium rich and vitamin d3 in sufficlient level.

 

For pain even hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 5 days regularly can be given to receive locally, for worst pain management physiotherapy interferential therapy (ift) and vacuumtherapy can be given for 7 to 10 days followed by strengthening exercise under guidance from physiotherapist

you may have to avoid high impact activities which bring about pain and go for low impact activities like static biking and swimming

Do hot fermentation and rest apply pain relief ointment. After relief do stretching exercise of back and legs. Avoid long sitting if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Hunchback in general happens in the dorsal back the area which is down the neck and lower back. It can be corrected by maintaing good posture, you can stand against the wall and you can do bending and shoulder exercises which will help you to reduce the hunch back and you can walk with one book which is kept on the head and you can walk slowly in such a way the book doesn't fall down which will definitely help you to reduce the hunch back. If it is too much then you have to wear a brace which will help you to reduce the deformity in the spine.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. hi.. knee pain and swelling is related to menopause.. take homoeopathic treatment ferrum phos 6x 4pills 3times daily calc fluor 30x 4pills 2times daily for 15days and revert back for further treatment.

dear user, have you gone for MRI, if not go for mri of LS, you may need to take traction, inferential and ultrasonic therapy if pain is severe and at home you can apply heat fermentation twice day. use LS Belt in day time. correct your posture to avoid pain.
