Increased and continuous production of oestrogens causes endometrial hyperplasia. And sudden stoppage of oestrogen formation & release caused endometrial shedding resulting into menses. After ovulation, if pregnancy does not occur, there is sudden decrease in synthesis & release of oestrogens and progesterone which causes menses. If pregnancy is settles, progesterone continues to be made by chorionic membranes and pregnancy is maintained by progesterone. In your case, ovarian tissue has overgrown as cyst and there is no ovulation, no progesterone but only continuous synthesis and release of oestrogen hormone with or without enhanced androgen production. So it is a delayed period because of ovarian cyst. You should take 5-6 course of contraceptive pills to regularize menses and prevent endometrial hyperplasia which may predispose to endometrial carcinoma. As follicle (containing egg) in the ovary progresses, it makes some progesterone as well which prevents growth of other follicles and other ovarian tissue as well. After ovulation (spillage of egg from follicle and from ovary in fimbria of fallopian tube, the remaining follicle starts making progesterone in higher amounts.

Hello, Yes it is possible. Penis is a erectile muscle, and like every muscular part, it also has its ups and downs. She should drink more. Not hold urine, she avoid weight lifting, prolonged sitting standing in one position. She would use western toilet. She should take mor protein diet. And control weight. You can do urine r/m test.

12 ways to make sure you never lose your erection during sex

These foolproof ways to ensure that you maintain your orgasm while making love to your partner.

It can certainly be a disappointing experience, losing your erection while in bed. Every man wants to impress the woman he takes to bed and without an erection, there is only so much you can do.

If you have a history of having your boner flake on you,


1. Talk sex: Distract yourself from your little head and use your big head in bed. Indulging in dirty talk and fantasies can help reignite the pleasure of sex for both of you.

Haldi se Bawaseer Ka iIaj - हल्दी से बवासीर का इलाज

बवासीर या पाइल्स मलद्वार के चारों ओर नसों के फूलने या सूजन को कहते हैं। इसमें गुदा पर मस्से जैसे उभार हो जाते हैं। मस्से या तो गुदा के अंदरूनी हिस्से पर होते हैं, या गुदा के चारों ओर। नसों में अंदरूनी सूजन ज्यादातर कम कष्टकारी होती है, परंतु वहीं नसें सूजकर बाहर तक उभर आती हैं, तो ये समस्या बेहद कष्टकारी हो जाती है। इसमें मलद्वार से रक्तस्त्राव होने से मरीज बेहद कमजोर हो जाता है। समस्या गंभीर रूप ले लेने पर मरीज की मौत तक हो सकती है। बवासीर के मरीज को बैठने में बेहद तकलीफ होती है, यहां तक कि दर्द से रात में नींद तक नहीं आती। यहां हम पढ़ेंगे कि, कैसे हल्दी का प्रयोग करके बवासीर जैसी समस्या छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।

बवासीर के लक्षण 
बवासीर में कब्ज की वजह से मल शुष्क हो जाता है। मस्से पहले कठोर होना शुरू होते हैं, जिससे गुदा में चुभन-सी होने लगती है। ध्यान न देने पर मस्से फूल जाते हैं और मल त्याग बेहद तकलीफदेह हो जाता है। स्थिति बिगड़ने पर मल के साथ खून भी आने लगता है।

बवसीर का कारण
बवासीर के कई कारण होते हैं, जिनमें से कब्ज, खराब खान-पान, खाने में फाइबर की कमी, ज्यादा देर तक बैठे रहना, मानसिक तनाव, भारी सामान उठाना प्रमुख हैं। गर्भावस्था में भी ये समस्या देखने को मिलती हैं।

हल्दी से बवासीर का इलाज
हल्दी में एंटी इन्फ्लेमेट्री यानी सूजन घटाने वाले गुण होते हैं। इसके साथ ही हल्दी एंटी-सेप्टिक होती है, जो कीटाणुओं को नष्ट करती है। वहीं हल्दी घाव भरने में भी सहायक होती है। पुराने समय से हल्दी को बवासीर का अचूक इलाज माना जाता है। यहां कुछ तरीके दिए हैं जिन्हें आजमाकर हल्दी से दर्दनाक बवासीर का इलाज किया जा सकता है।

1. एलोविरा और हल्दी: 
आधे चम्मच एलोविरा जेल में एक चम्मच पिसी हल्दी मिलाएं। इसको अच्छी तरह मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार कर लें। पेस्ट को सोने से पहले मलद्वार के अंदरूनी और बाहरी हिस्से पर लगाएं। एक हफ्ते तक ये तरकीब आजमाने से बवासीर से राहत मिलेगी।
2. पेट्रोलियम जेली और हल्दी: 
एक चम्मच हल्दी को एक चम्मच पेट्रोलियम जेली के साथ मिलाकर एक पेस्ट तैयार करें। इस पेस्ट को मल त्याग करने से कुछ समय पहले अपनी गुदा के अंदरूनी और बाहरी हिस्सों पर अच्छे से लगा लें। पेट्रोलियम जेली आपके मलद्वार को मुलायम और चिकना बनाती है, जिससे मल त्यागने में आसानी होती है। वहीं हल्दी सूजन और घाव कम करने के साथ दर्द से भी राहत देती है।
3. देसी घी और हल्दी: 
एक चम्मच देसी घी में आधा चम्मच हल्दी मिलाएं। इसको अच्छी तरह मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लें। इस मिश्रण को रात को सोने से पहले अपनी गुदा के अन्दर और बाहर लगा लें। यह प्रक्रिया दो-तीन दिन आजमाने से आपको बवासीर से राहत मिल जाएगी।
4. काले नमक के साथ हल्दी: 
काले नमक में हल्दी का चूर्ण मिलाकर गुनगुने पानी के साथ पिएं। बकरी के दूध में हल्दी और काला नमक मिलाकर पीने से भी बवासीर में लाभ होगा।
5. मूली और हल्दी: 
मूली को धोकर छील लें। अब इस पर हल्दी छिड़कर इसे दिन में दो-तीन बार खाएं।
6. दूध और हल्दी: 
बवासीर होने पर उसके उपचार के साथ इसका बचाव भी जरूरी है। रोजाना गुनगुने दूध में हल्दी मिलाकर पिएं इससे के संक्रमण से बचाव होगा साथ ही अच्छी नींद भी आएगी।

7. टब मे गुनगुना पानी भरकर उसमें हल्दी डालें। इस पानी में निर्वस्त्र होकर आधे घंटे तक बैठें।
8. हल्दी, आक का दूध और शिरीष के बीजों को कूटकर बवासीर के मस्सों पर लगाएं। जलन और दर्द से आराम मिलेगा।
9. किसी साफ रुमाल में बर्फ का टुकड़ा लपेट कर अपनी गुदा पर कुछ देर के लिए लगाएं। इससे दर्द और सूजन में बेहद राहत मिलेगी।
10. हल्दी से इलाज के साथ अपने खान-पान का भी ध्यान रखें। खाने में पानी की मात्रा बढ़ाएं और फाइबर युक्त पदार्थों का सेवन करें। दूध में ईसबगोल मिलाकर पिदएं। ज्यादा देर तक एक जगह पर न बैठें। व्यायाम को अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करें। खाने में जैतून का तेल और घी भी शामिल करें। इसके आलावा नारियल पानी और दाने सहित अनार भी खाएं। तले-भुने गरिष्ठ भोजन से परहेज करें।

If you like your food sweet, but worry about calories at the same time, chances are you are leaning towards artificial sweeteners to solve your dilemma. The market is flooded with artificial sweeteners, so how do you choose one? And what are their pros and cons?

Besides weight control, artificial sweeteners are also used by people suffering from diabetes. But there is a debate as to how safe artificial sweeteners are, for normal people and diabetics alike.

You get multiple choices from aspartame to sucralose, present in stores. However, it is better to be educated about their benefits and disadvantages.

The pros and cons of most popular sweeteners are as follows:

1. Saccharin: This sugar substitute has been in the market for the longest.
Pros:
a) It has zero calories
b) It does not elevate the levels of blood sugar
c) 200-700 times sweeter than normal sugar
Cons:
a) It is a possible carcinogen (substances that cause cancer)
b) There is also the danger of saccharin acting as an allergen (substances that cause allergy)

2. Aspartame: It is the most commonly used sugar substitute. Almost all the food items that boast of being sugar-free have aspartame in them.
Pros:
a) 160-220 times sweeter than common sugar
b) A small amount goes a long way, so calorie intake is lesser
Cons:
a) Headaches, depression and cancer have been linked to aspartame use
b) Increased hunger

3. Sucralose: This sugar substitute is derived from sugar itself. It is gradually becoming the most popularly used sweetener as it is found in almost all cooked or baked foods.
Pros:
a) It is heat resistant, so it is used liberally in cooking and baking
b) It has very few calories
Cons:
a) Weight gain is still possible
b) It has chlorine in it, which is a carcinogen

4. Neotame: This is a new invention and is chemically related to aspartame.
Pros:
a) 7000 -13000 times sweeter than common sugar with zero calories
b) Apparently, it is safe for consumption for teens, children and even for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
Cons:
a) There isn't enough research done on Neotame, therefore very little is known about it
b) Since its chemical composition is closer to aspartame, there is much controversy about "neotame" affecting people the same way as aspartame

Hi, masturbation doesn't cause anything. Sperm has lot of calories. So everytime when you masturbation, you loose calories. Frequent masturbation can cause tiredness which leads to weakness. That's all.

A change in weather bring about changes in the composition of dust and pollen and induce seasonal allergies, which a huge number of people fear. The good news is that there are a number of common food substances which can help control these seasonal allergies. There are specific ingredients in these foods which improve immunity and provide antihistamine-like effects (which is what most anti-allergic drugs do). Some of these foods are mentioned below:

  1. Green tea: With its natural dose of antihistamines, it prevents you from developing allergies. A hot cup in the morning acts as a good shield against sneezing, which is common with pollen and dust allergies.
  2. Oranges and strawberries: Vitamin C is essential for controlling allergies and it is always recommended to reach for a couple of fresh oranges or strawberries than popping a vitamin pill. They also contain other substances like traces of Omega-3 fatty acids and Quercetin.

  10. Yoghurt and Kefir: These and other dairy products are rich in probiotics which contain a lot of friendly bacteria like Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, which are generally found in the intestines. They also help build immunity and increase body’s ability to fight allergens better.

I think that your conscience is troubling you about masturbation and that is causing all the low confidence and the physical exhaustion. This speaks of a good conscience but it may be a little too rigid. Perhaps you are addicted to it too. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.
