My hair at the right below the ear and above the neck is vey hard and is itching. And at the particular spot when it grows it gets broken by itself when I comb them. Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. If he is coughing very hard like you say, it could be a smoker's cough. He needs to get a doctor to examine him, and definitely he has to give up smoking, immediately.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Suicide Attempts – How to Identify Warnings and Risk Factors?
Suicide is a type of Deliberate Self Harm (DSH) and is defined as a human act of self-intentioned and self-inflicted death. It ends with fatal outcome. Suicide is among the top ten causes of death in India and most other countries. It is also one of the most important psychiatric emergencies all over the world.

Most of the times, suicidal attempts don’t go unaccompanied with warning signs and risk factors. Either the behaviour of a person or the way he talks acts as warning. In order to relate what warning signs a person with suicidal inclination can give, read further.
How can talking help identity a Suicide Warning signs?

1.The person often talks about committing suicide
2.The person sees life as meaningless and without any vigor
3.The person feels like he is a burden on those connected to him
4.The person wishes to seek revenge from someone who hurt him emotionally
5.The person feels like he has been trapped in his life and doesn’t enjoy it
6.The person suffers from unbearable psychological or physical pain

How can behavior help in identifying suicide warning signs?

The inclination of a person towards suicidal thoughts increases if he starts to show a new type of behavior or if he shows negative changes in behavior. Such behavioral changes often follow loss of a loved one, any painful change or unacceptable events.

The person starts to give away some of his most valuable possessions.
The person suffers from panic attacks.

Misconceptions Regarding Suicide

People who talk about suicide don’t commit suicide
Suicide happens without warning
Suicidal persons are fully intent on dying
Once a person is suicidal, he is suicidal for ever
All suicidal persons are mentally ill or psychotic

What should you do if you suspect that someone is at the risk of committing suicide?

Consider it a serious situation.
Do not leave the person alone even for a moment.
Inspect physical surroundings and remove all means of committing suicide, such as sharp objects ropes, drugs, and fire arms. Also search patient thoroughly. Hide all fatal means like drugs or firearms which you think he can use to harm himself.
Take the person to an emergency ward or a psychiatrist if you feel that the condition of person is crossing limits.

These are the best methods to cure pimples & whiteheads-: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Am I fat ? Am i underweight..? What's normal weight ?

These are a few questions that always keep crossing our mind and for a few it causes lot of stress. There is an easy way to measure your body fat sitting at home by simply following two simple steps that will help you find out if you are underweight, or in normal limits- or overweight.

The Body Mass Index is a measure of the body weight relative to height that is associated with body fat and health risk. The equation is: BMI = body weight in kilograms/height in meters squared.

For an example if your height is 5ft- 4" ( 164 cm) and weight is 58 kgs.

BMI = 58/ 1.64x 1.64= 21.5kg/m2

Normal BMI range is used globally is varied from the one used for Indians. According to WHO:

Less than 18.5 - Under weight
18.5-24.9 - Normal
25.0- 29.9- Overweight
30.0 and above- Obese
The following are common definitions of BMI thresholds (used for Indians):.

BMI limit for Indians is:
Less than 18.4 - Underweight,
18.5 - 22.9 - Normal
23 - 24.9 - Overweight
More than 25 - Obese

Waist Circumference:
Another measure used to analyze your body fat is known as waist circumference.
Here by using a measuring tape you need to measure you waist circumference right in the center.
Waist circumference is 90 cm for Indian men and 80 cm for Indian women.

Waist- to- Hip Ratio:
Another simplest measure used to calculate fatness of the body is known as waist- to- hip ratio, a relationship between waist circumference and hip circumference. This can be easily done at home. Once you have known you waist circumference, find out your hip circumference. Divide your waist circumference by hip circumference; this would give you waist- to- hip- ratio.

Normal range for women- waist to hip ratio is 0.8 or less, if higher than 1.0 - it indicates you are overweight. Similarly for men if ratio is 0.9 or less then it is considered as safe, if higher than 1.0 it indicates you are overweight.

So know your weight and take best measures to keep it in limits.

People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. •Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies. Note – If you eat French fries regularly, limit your potato consumption to twice a week. 2. Midday sleep plays a crucial role in gaining weight. Take a nap of about 45 minutes to 1 hour, post afternoon meal or lunch. 3. Being skinny doesn’t mean that you have to stay away from exercising. My age is just 24. Height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 80 kg. Unmarried.since 1 and half year I am having many body problems like numbness and tingling in whole body. Whole body bone and muscle weakness .chest and belly fat enlargement. Doctor had all test all are normal except my serum testosterone since 1 and half year is always lower than 3 ng/ml. Since 1 and half year it is always on lower side. Today I had ultrasound of testicle it shows right measures 2.5 cm*1.5 cm and left 2.5 cm*1.6 cm.it shows bilateral pampiniform plexus on both testis appear prominent on valsalva measuring 2 mm (left side) and 3 mm (right side. Mild varicocele. Epidydimal cyst on left testicle measuring 0.2*0.2 cm.is it the cause of low serum testosterone since 1 and half year?

Inherited or disease conditions in this category include: Pituitary disorders caused by drugs, kidney failure, or small tumors. Low Testosterone. Testosterone is a hormone that is produced by the human body. It is mainly produced in the testicles in men. It stimulates sperm production and a man's sex drive and also helps build muscle and bone mass. Testosterone production typically decreases as men age. And in your age it is endocrine problem and not varicocele which is mild and need more check up by endocrinologist. 3 ng/dl is unbelievable and hope you have read or written the report correctly.
