Whole-wheat breads are well-off in fiber and help you feel fuller for long. It also gives you sustained oomph which keeps your diet on track. For putting on pounds, spread some peanut butter or honey on whole wheat breads to add calories. Moreover, nutritionists also say that eating healthy bread is a great way to start weight gain. On the other hand, white bread lacks the essential minerals and is not healthy for your body.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products,non veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday

Brown Rice Vs Plain Rice: Which One Should You Be Eating?

Over the years, a sizeable number of people have expressed their affinity for brown rice as the healthier alternative to plain rice. Doctors are growingly recommending brown rice to all those, who are keen on losing kilos or keeping type 2 diabetes in arrest. Brown rice essentially undergoes less processing as compared to white rice, hence it retains all the essential nutrients. Brown rice contains the side hull and bran and consequently, it helps in replenishing the crucial body nutrients like proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber and potassium. The growing popularity of brown rice not only stems from its nutritive values, but also from the myriad healthy diet options that revolve around it. Unlike white rice, brown rice does not require artificial fortifications like synthetic vitamins in order to conform to the required standards of FDA. Hello, Studies indicate that high dairy consumption increases the risk of prostate cancer in men. Avoid excessive consumption of dairy products. Limit your intake to two glasses of milk.

Hello, yes you can take Enduramass, this is good supplement. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 3. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.

Avoid sugar free and artificial sugar it has many side effects so the another alternative is you can use honey, jaggary, jam, fruits, mango, banana, chikoo, grapes, nuts, raisins, ice cream, chocolates. biscuits, juices.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti NutroActive brownXatta +salad +curd. C) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade.
