I have very low iron and b12. what should I do to increase the same back to normal in quick time?
You need to consume more pulses, dals, sprouts etc and also milk and milk products in your daily diet which will provide you vitamin b12. If deficiency is severe you may need to take some supplements. Once your b12 deficiency is corrected iron absorption will improve. Iron rich foods include garden cress seeds or halim seeds, green leafy veggies etc, recommended to be consumed with vitamin c like lemon juice, amla for better absorption.

All different oils have different combinations of fatty acids hence it is recommended to include different oils in your diet.

Can I remain slim till I die? What should I do to remain slim and fit apart from exercise. Any supplements that will help. Will having green tea daily keep up my body metabolism thus aiding me to remain trim.

You need to eat calorie dense foods which will give you more calories in less quantity. Only eating more will give other health problems along weight gain.

My current weight is 77 kgs and height is 172 cm so according to bmi I come under obsessed category so what should I do to reduce my belly fat and I am wishing to have a body close to zero fat.

You cannot have zero fat in the body. Fat is essential in many body functions right from your hormones being in place, to vitamin absorption and organ support. Minimum 20 to 25% fat is required in the body. You need to start eating a healthy diet customised as per your age, weight, lifestyle and activity. Also some exercise needs to be introduced in your schedule depending weight loss requirements and health goal.

If it is recommended by your physician you can take. Both vitamins have different functions in the body and do not interfere.

Low albumin count can be due to various conditions. You need to get the condition rectified first to get albumin count in place. No foods will improve albumin count if underlying condition is not corrected.

Pls check of its a family tendency to be lean or are there any preexisting medical conditions which prevent weight gain, if you are eating and resting well.

I have pcod problem because of which am putting on and on. My weight is increasing every week. What can I do to lose my weight? Is homeopathy good to treat weight loss? I used to have chapati in the afternoon for lunch, but I started putting on because of it. Is boiled and drained white rice good to have? Please help me to lose my weight soon.

With pcod losing weight can be difficult not impossible. You need to asap start a healthy diet plan along with exercise, which will take care of pcod related symptoms and also weight loss.

Only potatoes and oily foods donot lead to weight gain. There are many other factors that can cause you to put on weight. Since you are already exercising loosing weight will not be very difficult if you follow a healthy diet customised as per your lifestyle, health and eating habits.
