I'm explaining everything in detail. I have occasional pain in my testis that spreads through scrotum and come to the lower belly. I do not feel pain all the time. It happens 1-2 times in a months for few min ya its rare. I wear underwear rarely. Sometimes I go to cycling without underwear and that testis pain comes again. If I did some activity like running jumping without underwear pain happens. However I do not have dull aches, heaviness or lower back/pain. I do not have any pain while sitting. In past I had several injuries in my testis for not wearing underwear. But all gone. If I wear underwear by scrotum and testis pain never come. I checked my testis today both were firm not hard, no lumps, no pain but however my right testis very very slightly larger than left testis I also felt some things in right side of my scrotum where right testis exists. No lumps but I found some chords and veins like things which was painless but in left side same thing was very inside. I have gynecomastia which freaked me a lot. I heard testis cancer can cause gynecomastia. I had a very less severe grade 1 gynecomastia from 3 years. That breast is same like before not developed more nor shrinked. I'm freaking out is it testis cancer? More details about the presenting complaint: I have no 1.Unexplained fever 2.Unexplained sweating 3.Heaviness or dull aches in scrotum or back. 4.I do not have any lumps or hard or very bigger testis 5.weightless (i'm a skinny guy from childhood and my weight is 50 kg which is pretty fair in my view) 6.lose of appetite 7.Vomiting I do not have any of these. Also I do not have weakness. I have fatigue but that's because i'm lazy. I have no unexplained fatigue. If I have cancer since my gynecomastia I would have shown symptoms? What do you think.

There are almost no chance of you having cancer. The pain is mostly because of not wearing undergarments. And getting injured frequently. You may take homoeopathic medicine. Arnica 200 1 dose. And conium 30 tds for 3 days.

My friend is having continuous jaw pain for d past 2 days n finds difficulty while opening his mouth. He had fever before this. Can mumps be suspected?

MBBS
General Physician, Cuttack
It could be mumps if there is swelling near Jaw. Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. If no relief consult Dental surgeon to exclude any problem in mouth or teeth

Requested sir or mam I have every time cold. Come water in my nose every time please suggestions me please I have This cold is from 15 year.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. In general you should: -Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. -Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. -get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold -staying at home will keep you from spreading germs -drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep -Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Dear lybrate-user, Welcome to Lybrate. Ghutka addiction also comes under abuse and addiction. If you’re ready to stop the substance and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from addiction and abuse —no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn’t easy. But it’s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. You should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who fill follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Behavior modification with the help of therapies. 3. Counseling. 4. Medication to sustain and 5. Long term support. These given steps are essential for any addict to get effectively rid of addiction. Therefore, you need to stick to the treatment plan and cooperate with your psychiatrist / psychologist. Take care.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.
