Normally ovulation time is approximately two weeks before the next cycles and that is the time when you conceive but as your periods are not regular you should have sex from 10th day of your cycles till next one every alternate days counting first day of the menstruation as day one.

With winter, cough and common cold are the health problems one will be suffering
And it is not advisable to depend on allopathic everytime as side-effects to those medicines cannot be neglected. Instead, try some home remedies that are good and quick enough to cure it and there are no side effects to these remedies! here are few handy tips coming straight from kitchen:
1. Gargle with hot water by adding a pinch of salt into it, it helps in curing the sore throat.
2. Keep drinking hot drinks like coffee and tea or simply luke warm water.
3. Add turmeric powder, ginger powder and a teaspoon of honey to warm milk. This not only helps in curing cough but also relieves from bodyache, cold and headache.
4. For cold, steam inhalation is the best home remedy.
5. While preparing your tea, add few tulsi leaves and crushed ginger to it along with black pepper, it is much relief for cough and cold.
6. One who is susceptible to cough and cold should consume chavanprash (it is the best ayurvedic tonic for winter) or amla murrabba as it comprises high content of vitamin c which helps one develop a strong immunity against cough and cold.
Homeopathy works really well. Taking appropriate remedies can reduce the time spent in each stage and also aids complete recovery.
Homeopathic remedies help relieve cough and cold symptoms alongside proper rest, plenty of fluids and simple nourishing food. Consult me to get rid of stubborn cough.

Menopause-how to take care

I would like to address one of your possible issues Called pms. At the monthly attack of the mother nature, women undergo a terrible combination of physical, psychological and emotional disturbances with varying severity. Though it is nothing to worry about, it highly upsets the environment for a few days.

1. Intense irritability and mood swings
2. Sadness and crying bouts
3. Poor concentration
4. Sleep disorders
5. Physiological changes including breast tenderness, headaches, digestive problems, bloating and weakness.
6. Stress, anxiety and low self esteem

These are some changes that you experience during those days. Have
You wondered about their causes?

# hormonal changes
# changes in the brain chemicals
# stress
# poor nutrition and dietary habits
# alcohol or caffeine consumption
# a family history of depression

The home remedies I am going to mention are suggested by different women who had experience fighting their pms symptoms.

1. Exercise. There is no question of what exercise and for how long. You can do any moderate exercise that you are comfortable with for at least 30 minutes. Some women also enjoy rigorous physical activity for 15 minutes. Cuddling up in bed is not recommended unless advised by the doctor.

2. A healthy diet with whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Low vitamins and nutrients can aggravate pms.

3. Sugary foods, excess salt, refined foods and caffeine should be controlled.

4. Some women find relief by eating foods rich in magnesium, Vitamin b6 and vitamin E.

5. If you have digestive problems, don't go hungry. Eat small, Frequent meals.

6. See if milk can make you feel better.

7. Omega 3 acids may improve your irritability and mood swings.

8. Try pineapples. Who knows, manganese in pineapples, brown rice Or raspberries may work better.

9. Sleep well for at least 8 hours at night.

10. Cultivate a habit of going out with family, friends or engage in creative habits, go to a spa, do yoga or just about anything
That would take the stress out. Ask privately if you need further information.

No body can predict the date of your next periods but if you don't get them on your schedule and miss it by one week then test your urine for pregnancy to confirm the status and follow further course of action accordingly.

Compared to non-diabetic woman, more investigations, control of diet and drugs required for long time. If properly controlled not much difference in outcome of pregnancy but if not controlled properly and not treated properly higher chance of abortion, premature delivery, congenital problems and growth problem of baby.

Sometimes periods may get delayed due to hormonal changes also. Unfortunately there is no solution for this. Take a home pregnancy test. If its negative, nothing to worry. If positive then consult a doctor. Please do not try to anything on your own. Do not follow any measures without consulting a doctor because they are highly risky.

It would be better if you tell us all the symptoms that you have been getting. Frequent urination can be a normal thing if you don't have any other symptoms like burning sensation while urinating or pain abdomen or fever or anything unusual. When you're pregnant your womb tends to increase in size that leads to constant pressure on your bladder resulting in frequent visits to toilet. So do not worry if that is the case and take good care of your health. Do regular visits to your doctor and get periodic tests done. Good luck. But do get back if there is anything else that has been bothering you.

Satvinder, This is not time to think weight loss - but focus on eating healthy, nutritious, home cooked, well balanced food... Don't let your relatives stuff you with sweet foods. Don't be afraid of ghee. Walk, brisk walk, jog or yoga regularly. Be happy - that is the key. Forgive people around you and think every day is new day towards health and happiness of you and your growing baby. best wishes... P. S. Take your vitamins!

Hii. I got married in November.. But my hymen not break. But after 4 months my hymen breaks and comes to blood my vagina. It is possible to after 4 months marriage breaks hymen.

If there was no penetration after the marriage then hymen will not broke, which is unlikely scenario. If the intercouse took place after marriage, it broke with first intercourse only. Now if you r having bleeding and it has filled the vagina, it could menses which came before time or if it started immediately after having sex then it could be related to tear in the vagina, which only after consulting a gynecologist, you would come to know.

Yes, but before you do, or before you engage in fellatio, we recommend that you and your partner both get tested for sexually transmitted infections (stis). If you or your partner have not been tested, we also recommend using barriers for oral sex and abstaining from making contact with ejaculate.
