May be sudden cerebral ischaemia due to vertebro basilar insufficiency which may be demonstrated in a carotid angiogram. Wait for reports. Then something may be possible to comment upon.

I am 32 years old female. I feel sleepy, drowsy and lethargy soon after my lunch. I keep yawning till I go and take rest or a nap. I also get a feeling of not being fit and sometimes its followed by mild head ache and shoulder pain. I have spondylitis and Thyroid. Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Back Pain - 3 Stretch Exercises You Must Follow!

Does you back hurt only when you wake up in the morning or is it a chronic problem? If yes, then you need to take immediate steps to treat it. Back pain, being the common physical anomaly for people primarily in the age range of 35-50, is one of the top causes for office absenteeism and mid-life lethargy and fatigue. Usually back pain indicates an underlying problem that involves the nerves, bones and muscles.

Here are some risk factors for back pain:

  1. Pregnancy
  2. Stress related to work
  3. Leading a sedentary lifestyle
  4. Anxiety and depression
  5. Being overweight
  6. Over exercising
  7. Strenuous physical work outs
  8. Smoking

There are varied reasons as to why back pain may occur. Discussing the causes of back pain is beyond the purview of this article; the focus is now going to be on some of the stretches one can practice to get relief from back pain: 

  1. Downward dog: A classic yoga pose, the downward dog stretches the entire back, hamstrings and the whole of the leg. Begin the process in a classic push up pose with the palms and toes on the floor. Keeping your back straight, lift your tailbone up and straighten your legs. Push the heels to the floor and breathe to get the most out of this stretch.
  2. Child’s pose: A simple stretch, it begins with you sitting back on your buttocks and then stretching the arms in front of you. Keep your forehead on the floor and breathe slowly.
  3. Cat cow pose: If your common complaint is that of a sore and painful back, then this is one of the best stretches for you. A very simple pose, you begin by sitting on all fours, then transitioning into the cat pose by pushing your spine upwards. Hold the pose for one breath and then go to the cow pose wherein you lift your buttocks and the head while scooping your spine. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

For knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near you. After undergoing janu vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee. If you want guidance on ayurvedic medicines, then you can consult me privately, with knee x ray image. Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. For best treatment please send an x ray image. Till then you can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

My wife is 63 years old and has chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis for past 10 years. She used to have pain in various joints and has been using pain killers. Hello, Give her homoeopathic medicines - Rhus Tox. 200 and Eupatorium Perf. 200 - both 3 times a day. These medicines will help in reducing the pain which started after chikungunya. But Rheumatoid Arthritic pain can't be get rid off as one can't reverse the pathology.

If the pain is on front side of shin, it can be shin splint. Go to orthopaedic doctor, he will get your nuclear scan done, if the diagnosis confirmed go to physiotherapist. We will surely help you. Or it can be doms if you do not warm up and do stretchings. For doms detail surf internet. I hope I helped you. I have severe lower back pain. I am a cricket player. Keeper come batter. I cnt sleep in any position I get back pain my back is not relaxed in any of the body postures. I can not stand or sit for a longer time. I keep getting this pain every now and then. And it is very severe. I have done physiotherapy for 30 days twice. I was feeling relaxed after that for some days later again the pain started.
