Too much of mobile phones can load in to your neck
Too much forward bending of neck over phone for a long time, would lead to straining of neck muscles, posture deformities, continuous pain, neck stiffness, migraine & back pain.
Warning for smart phone users: Don't bend your neck beyond 20 sec continuously, otherwise need to face serious problems.
Prevention: The pain can be avoided when mobile users correct their holding position to their eye level, so as to decrease bending over on to mobile.

Get a cbc blood count and also rule out if there is a deficiency of calcium or vitamin d. If everything is normal and the pain persists then you can take homoeopathic medicines.

I am 25 years old suffering from cervical dystonia since one year. However my neck is almost fine now. I have problem in right arm and shoulder. The shoulder is elevated and arm can't be put at rest unless I put it on my back. I am undergoing homeopathic treatment and haven't taken any botox injections. Please suggest ps: kindly don't take it as cervical it's cervical dystonia or spasmodic torticollis.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello Vasavi, Looks like you have suffered an injury to the bone. If the pain is severe, you can undergo an X Ray of the foot. Else you can rest your foot for two or three days and you will feel better.

I am 39 year male guy facing following problems from last three months. 1] Both knee's paining while sitting and standing. 2] Difficulty in full breathing of full. I hv worked in power plant environment from over a year to last month. 3] joint pains in arms, toes, knees and back pain. 4] seeing black coloured spots while standing 5] now feeling lack of full strength inside the body. Before a year feeling full strength but now not. 6] over a year ago in oct 2014 weight is 63 kg and now weight is 57 kg. 7] feeling asthmatic while running and walking. 8] can't able to breathe from both holes un neck. What is the symptoms of spinal disease.
This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

For tennis elbow: - ice packs for local application - tennis elbow braces are available and one from aircast is useful - take anti-inflammatory medication as per your suitability - ultrasonics with physiotherapist is a useful modality for pain relief - avoid acticities which increase your pain for coccydynia or tail bone pain: - sitz bath 3-4 times in a day - use only cushioned surfaces for sitting, avoid hard surfaces - same anti-inflammatory medication will work in both conditions as both are due to localized inflammation let me know in 2-3 weeks time how you are feeling with these measures do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. My father is 89 yrs old and wt 95 kgs. on 30 dec he underwent for hip replacement surgery . he is a patient of alzeimeric dementia and some times becomes very aggressive. during his hospitalisation his left buttock's apx 2*3i nch epidermal portion was eroded after fungal infection which is still not healed what should i do for its healing and his normal walk and gait

Consult a dermetologist because he is quiet old his immunity may be poor. His dementia will lead to lack of proper care for fungal infection and cleenliness so he will mneed local and systemic means oral anti fungal drugs.may be for a little longer duration.
