First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

I'm getting constipated since the last 20 days. Very severe gas at times which troubles me a lot as I have severe back issues.

1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days.

It seems like a gum infection.. Gums get infected either by decay(pulpitis) or by periodontitis.. So need a treatment either a RCT or curettage depending on proper clinical diagnosis.. Do visit ur dentist soon..

Hii sir. Em 25 years old. I use to masturbate everyday sometimes more than twice a day. Whenever I am alone in home or stressed I do masturbate. Ma scrotum size reduce. Early ejection of sperm. One side testis hang down low. Skin of ma scrotum one side s shine. I am scared now. Last two wk I didn't masturbate. Now I feel health not tired. Very much scared of scrotum became small. Please kindly give ma some suggestions.

Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone. Do not be so anxious, everything is fine wit your body, relax, start yoga, lead a disciplined life, you will excell.

Take powder ashavgandha 1 tsp with milk. Bananas are energy boosters. Take 2 bananas and drink a glass of warm milk over it. Crush 10 almods in a glass of boiling milk and add sugar in it. Sip it slowly. Spread 1 tsp of peanut butterover a slice of bread and eat it daily. Do pranayam daily Take arogyavardhini vati 1 bd.

For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and never concentrate on the skin color.

Hi Vivek, you don't have to join gym to gain weight. You need to increase your daily food intake. Eat every 2 hours. Have 2-3 chapatis with rice, dal/non-veg with vegetable& salad & curd in lunch & dinner ,followed by sweetdish . In between main meals, have milkshakes, custard, dry fruits, bhelpuri, aloo chaat, paneer / cheese sandwiches.

It could be due to hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult me for further advice

Your weight 61 kg is normal. If your backache is not severe then you should do back bending extension exercises regularly. Use a comparatively tough mattress instead of thick spongy or springy ones. Do not bend forwards and avoid lifting heavy objects. If you follow this routinely then there should be regression of your pain and it will prevent any possible pressure on your spinal roots in future. An xray of lumbosacral part of vertebral column will help in finding any space reduction between the vertebrae and possibility of root friction with the discs due to prolapse.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.
