I want quit smoking and one of Dr. advised me to have or chew something. So what I can do as I am a diabetic patient as well so I have many restrictions in food or have something. Please advise.

Dear, To quit smoking, see that a) chewable products like nicotine substitutes are useful temporarily in beginning b) realizing that the ingredients are intoxicants lead, etc c) develop higher taste with determination d) develop higher taste like food, music,e) Smoking is like an itch, you have to tolerate the urge to smoke and the itch goes away f) Best and most effective way is to practise transcendental meditation by reading Srila Prabhupada's books In order to give up the over-indulgence of the tongue such as over-eating and smoking tobacco you need to dive deeply into the sweetness of Krishna’s name. In this way your tongue will taste a pleasure so sublime that you immediately lose interest in all of the so-called pleasures of the tongue. Access to the full nectar of holy name is attained by taking shelter the bona fide spiritual master because it is only by grace of the spiritual master that one can advance to the stage of experiencing the full taste of Krishna's most glorious holy name. I am 34 yrs,I wanted to be busy in work at home, but I can not do any work. I just have curiosity but I will not implement. Please tell me how to make my brain to every work. Sometimes I will not do brushing. Daily routine work also I neglect.

Doing work full time at home is difficult because home environment is not very conducive for full time work. So there should be some routine outing which gives energy and inspiration for working at home. Dairy products like cows A2 milk helps the mind to function clearly.

Hi. My day starts at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. I commute daily for job. Travelling time is 4 hours daily and job timings are 9 am to 5 pm. So practically I'm occupied from 5 am to 7 pm, my query is I want to be physically active and do some physical exercises like gym but at the end of day I'm totally exhausted. Pls suggest how to be physically active in this too busy and hectic scenario?

You may do some stretching exercises even while sitting doing work or commute. At other times you can do brisk walking for about 10 to 15 minutes. Only that much exercise is required that can keep body and mind fit. Too much of strenuous physical exercises can not only be useless but also harmful.

Milk itself is super healthy because it contains all the required nutrients in balance amount. Simply get cows A2 milk which is safe compared to A1 milk. Do not add artificial powders to milk.

Dear, Remember that Sex is meant only for procreation within marriage, not for recreation. One drop of semen is equal to about 40 drops of blood. Avoid strenuous exercises, No need to do strenuous exercises to keep fit, simply stretching, deep breathing and brisk walking regularly is more than sufficient to be fit for daily services.

Personally I recommend that you consume pure vegetarian foods only. If you eat meat / eggs Stop eating it. Make fresh vegetables and fruits your daily foods and you will attain the benefits and prevent the toilet problems. Why vegetarianism is most healthy? It has been scientifically proven that Humans are biologically herbivores and vegetarians and that non-vegetarian foods are not natural on human GIT Meat is also not easy on the GIT, as is known to medical science. Medical science provides documentation that Humans are biologically Herbivores. As pointed in bottom line of the following article link by Physician (wonders never cease!) named Milton R. Mills" Here’s another piece of information to digest: plant foods leave the body in 2 – 4 days; flesh foods leave the body in 5 – 7 days. If a clump of rotting flesh sits in your body for a minimum of 5 days, where do all the poisons, chemicals, and excessive hormones that flood the animal’s body at the time of death go? And we wonder why we suffer from degenerative diseases! One of the main reasons why there is so much strife, terrorism,illicit sex crimes, corruption and degradation is the cruelty to animals or slaughter houses, which directly or indirectly have created all these social evils in today's society, as meat eating is shown to cause violent, immoral and lusty behavior Animals are also living beings like us. How can society attain peace if there is killing and eating of one's own Godbrothers and Godsisters? So, cruelty to animals and animal killing should be strongly discouraged if society is to prevented from degradation. If one gives mercy, one gets mercy. Vegan is BEST Denying the right to live defies mercy, irrespective of giving pain or not. For example, the punishment to a criminal for homicide is same irrespective of whether the homicide involves pain or not. That one can eat plants does not imply that one can eat animals. Yes plants are also living entities. Yes eating vegetables is violence, and vegetarians are also committing violence against other living entities because vegetables also have life. But here, significantly, it is stated that every living entity has to live by killing another entity; that is the law of nature. One living entity is the life for another living entity. But for a human being, that violence should be committed only as much as necessary. Extra violence is against law of nature. Meat is food in mode of ignorance. "Clean India Campaign" can be linked linked to meat eating because cleanliness is not only physical but also internally of habits, of which meat eating habit is predominant Meat eating in long run develops animalistic propensities of terrorism, violence,cruelty to fellow beings. No Meat= No killing = No mentality of violence = No terrorism/No violence Vegetables, fruits,grains, milk are foods in mode of goodness and make one feel energetic and fresh If we will have mercy on the animals, mercy will be given to us. What goes around comes around. We should be merciful to the animals by not slaughtering them and giving them all protection. We should allow them to live peacefully and happily. The more we give mercy to others, the mercy will be given to us.

Rice bran oil, sunflower oil are okay. Olive oil is also suggested but are of many types and have to be used in different ways (after cooking, on top of food but not while cooking etc).
