hi i need to observe it then only i can diagnosed it ....if you have possible then please consult a dermatologist ..... meanwhile i suggest you some basic remedies for skin first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.khadirarishta 4tsp before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

I am a 2 3 year old male. I have vertigo on and off along with sounds ringing in my ears. I sometimes encounter nauseating spells. I have no past history of ear disease. Tinnitus and vertigo is very common these days in any age group due to excess of noise exposure and damage to inner ear, humming sound, whistling and giddiness are the problems which are getting in people are very common these days, these get complicated when they are not taken care of at proper time whistling or buzzing in the ear is getting commoner these days in people of all ages. Most common causes is wax or any object in the ear, after getting your ears clean these gets over. But if ears are already clean than this is worrisome. Common causes which are responsible are high cholesterol diet, alcohol, smoking, loud noises, cervical spondylosis, trauma (self or inflicted) over the ears. If this is the situation than report to your ent doctor immediately tinnitus is basically due to hampered blood supply to ears due to which ears start dying. As this process starts a person starts hearing noises. When a person starts hearing noises then it is already late diagnosis as these noises gets heard by someone when they are of 40 db intensity, below that threshold these noises are not heard. So it is already to late and the damage has become permanent. Problem with these noises are that we can control at what level person goes to his specialist otherwise these noises keep on increasing and can give you headache frustration and depression. Get ct scan also done.

As you are traveling you may be consuming food prepared unhygienically, my suggestion is get your stools analysed in a standard lab, and see a surgeon or proctologist for proctoscopy, if on external exam doctor finds you have a fissure in ano he will not & should not perform proctoscopy instead he will treat you for fissure by local analgesic ointments and will suggest dietary changes, once fissure heals he will perform proctoscopy to rule out any other condition or he may do it in first visit if you don't have fissure. Self diagnosis & self imposed diets and unscientific treatment by one's own ideas is condemnable. Seek doctors help right away is my suggestion.

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

Usually,Skin becomes dry in Winter,&that would b more for people who have dry skin ingeneral. Try to take more precautions in winter to lessen the intensity,&to make it smooth,by applying Olive oil or saltless butter over the skin before taking Bath&afte bath also,(Dont use too hot water for bath as that makes ur skin more dry,though its winter.)u hav to apply some Body lotion,non greasy but helps to keep ur skin moist. Drink 3-4litres of water/day irrespective of ur thirst.That too,taking 2-3glasses of water in morning with empty stomach will help in general as cleanser, by removing toxins in ur body,prefer Luke warm watr. Alovera gel application(if avaialable,Fresh leaves),also will help to make akin smooth&soft,apply for 20 min.&wash with normal water. Avoid Dry,Fried,Junk,Spicy,Oily food,Pickles. Take plenty of all seasonal fruits. For acne,also those above mentioned measures will help&apart of it, wash ur face aftrr u come back with mild gentle face wash. *Aplication of Mint lraves or Neem leaces paste will help to cure acne &those dots.

Eat well, drink enough amount of water will help you to settle the problem. Oil the scalp and wash it 3/week. Shampoo will not control the hair fall as hair roots are situated inside the scalp. Roots gets nutrition through blood. Consult trichologist.
