Because of stress you are taking additional food. Because of no job. You become very lazy and additional rest due to this reason. You are getting more weight. That is ignorantly you forgotten. Your mind is also not active in these days. Always thinking about job. Lack of opportunities. You become very lazy. No problem now you find out the problem. Try jobs better to walk most of the time. Take less food. Practice yoga it will give mental peace. Try and try until you get the job. Search jobs online ready to take any risk of the job. Better to enquire yourself directly go to the office. If they rejected do not worry. Take another chance. You will get the job. Better to practice running also morning time. Your weight is reduced and your both the problems solved. Patientience is important in this time. Wait for the right time. You will succeeded. Best of luck.

As I have arthritis, some doctors says operation some say medicines but medicines are not working anymore. Knees keep swelling and i'm unable to walk. Will ayurveda treatment cure this or not? If yes then from where and if not what is the solution for this apart from operation.

The pain relief depends on the condition of the knees and general health and any other aliments if present. You have to choose a system of medicine and take the treatment for some months. May be you are not taking proper diet as you need high protein & low carbs diet with good exercises. Do back strengthening exercises at least thrice a week. Do some movements & stretches of your back & neck in between long sitting duty hours.

Seems arthritis. If she is menopausal, these c/os are common to that women, tell her to take calcium, d vitamin daiy as supplement.& also. Need to take egg white, milk daily. If her wt is more, thn she needs to reduce her wt. & to do exercises daily. Like simple walking, etc. Reduce the intake of salt, take more water. Check your bp, sugar levels regularly.

Great n for your information there is spasm possible bcoz bone is safe but muscular in touch ok apply swd + ift ultrasonic therapy. Follow this things and come out this problem.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Homoeopathy is like home remedy> * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good. In summer, coconut oil soothes. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

I'm a 26 year female. I have been experiencing back pain for few months. Before it used to be a throbbing pain from top of left buttock till bottom of left buttock. But few months ago I noticed more pain in lower back. Few weeks ago, pain in thoracic region of back started which over took lower back pain. I took MRI scan but only radiologist said there's no issue. Yet to show doctor.

Madam lybrate-user you have sever deficiency of these minrals and vitakins with L4- 5 bulge in my openion you should immediately consult local Orthopedic surgeon and got your treatment according to his advice. At this age this short of deficiency can lead to further complication.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Clean the wound with Betadine solution, apply betadine ointment, take a course of antibiotic after consulting doctor. Apply ice cold compression for the swelling.

Hi, take, homoeo medicine: @ arnica mont 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ five phos 6x- 4 tabs, thrice a day. With 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Avoid, jerk, jogging, cold, sour, irritant intake. It would b better to go for physiotherapy. Take care.
