You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

You are having these problems because of the tight foreskin for which you will needs simple surgery called circumcision and at present you are having fungal infection for which you can apply candid B cream locally twice a day after cleaning it properly with soap and water

It is not serious problem but if it is very tight then can cause pain or bleeding during sex so you can go for circumcision if doctor advises after examining you.

It may be difficult conceiving with your weight if associated PCOD, irregular periods and ovulation problems are present. weight will increase further in pregnancy. Obesity in pregnancy can cause rise in bp, sugar and chances of operative delivery may increase. pls reduce your weight by consulting a nutritionist and engage in activities like walk, gym, swim, dance so that your prepregnancy weight is normal

Hi, do regular exercise atleast15 minutes. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take one glass lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. You are weak you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast.

It is a common misbelief that eating home cooked food is the healthiest option. Whenever, we plan to eat out, there is always a question lingering about the cleanliness of the hotel’s kitchen. We need to realize that it is not just the hotel, but our own kitchen should also be taken care of.

Listed below are some commonly overlooked things that could be contributing to your health in a bad way. With kitchen shopping continuing through the years, there are unused and/or overused things, both of which are harmful. Read on to know more.

  1. Overused utensils: In most homes, the cooking vessels turn brown over a period of time. This happens, especially in metallic ones like aluminium. It is due to leftover food and is a breeding ground for germs. Leaving the vessels for a later wash can lead to these stains getting tougher and the vessel taking on a permanent brownish color. A good way to manage this is to clean the vessels as soon as possible.
  2. Stained mugs and cups: It is a common belief that tea cups will stain over a period of use, which is not true. In some cases, the hard water has high concentration of calcium carbonate, which mixes with the tea and lead to altered bowel movement and improper digestion. The best way to manage this is to mix vinegar and baking soda and remove the stains.
  3. Chopping board: First things first. Never use the same chopping board for your meat and your veggies. The germs from the uncooked meat affect the vegetables also. As the bacteria continues to grow, in about 10 minutes, there will be double the number of bacteria that will affect the vegetables.
  4. Chipped melamine dishware: While the melamine kitchenware is unbreakable, do not use them at high temperatures. This can cause it to chip and melamine leaks into the food, causing kidney stones and renal failure. A good way to avoid this risk is not to heat food in the melamine dishes.
  5. Non-stick cookware: While nonstick ware helps reduce the amount of oil used, constant use erodes the coating and slowly the chemical is leaked, which can add carcinogenic elements into your dosa or roti. This can cause liver and stomach problems with continued use.
  6. Coffee makers: The reservoir in the coffee makers hoards a whole lot of bacteria and can cause various diseases. Thorough cleaning with hot water can help you keep it clean.

Dear lybrate user, my advise would be to consult a specialist either ortho/pain specialist for diagnosis, as low back pain can arise from disc, facet joints, sacroiliac joints, piriformis muscles, ql muscles etc. It is important to find out the source of problem and treat it rather than taking pain killer or doing physiotherapy without knowing the problem. 1. If you are having frequent urinary tract infection, it could be due to faulty and inadequate treatment. 2. There are many reasons for bad breath. One common reason is improper oral hygiene. Other reasons include diabetes, or some systemic conditions effecting body. Kindly under go cleaning of tooth, and maintain proper oral hygiene. If still problem persists, then check for diabetes.

I have started doing workout yesterday and I am having muscle pains now (they are just mild) can I continue my workout today or should I rest my body?

Don't worry about the pain (specially if it's a mild). If you have recently joined the gym than please start with light exercises. Warm up before the workout like stretching, banding, light jogging etc and cool down after the workout. If possible than follow the instructor for prevention of any damage. Note- skipping classes due to pain can aggregate the pain (if there will be no damage)
