I am face problem related mouth ulcers. Three months in one time face same problem, so give me advice.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Dr. since last 1week my leg and hand not working properly but it have normal sensation and not occurring pain please advise me what did I do?

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. 2. Massage massage promotes faster recovery from muscle damage that causes leg pain. 10 minutes of massage therapy attenuates inflammatory signaling after exercise-induced muscle damage. In addition, massage improves blood circulation and helps relieve stress and anxiety. 1. Rub some warm olive, coconut or mustard oil on the affected area. 2. Using gentle yet firm strokes, massage your legs for about 10 minutes. 3. Do this 2 or 3 times daily as needed. You can also use a self-massage device or apply pressure to sore muscles using a tennis ball.

First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night.Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. 1)DO NOT bend forwards.Bending forward does no good to anyone.It might twist your spine for all you know.So whenever you need to bend and pick up something,bend your knees first and not your back and pick up.A slipped disk (also called a herniated disk) happens when a disk between the bones of the spine bulges and presses on nerves,this is often caused by twisting while lifting.Hence,kep your back straight and bend at your knees. DO NOT bend over to lift anything heavy off the ground with knees straight.Lift heavy items with your legs, not your back. Do NOT maintain any one position for a prolonged period.If you have been sitting for an hour,take a break walk for sometime and then continue with your work. Same applies if you have been standing for a prolonged time,take a break and sit for sometime.Stretch your muscles and relax.The best way to stand for a prolonged time is the hotel bar position: one foot on the ground and the other foot on the brass rail, when rail is not available use any raised platform.Every 5 to 15 minutes, switch the foot you’re resting on the stool. DO not arch your back while exercising,watching TV,standing or sitting on a chair.Keep it upright.Avoid crouching postures. DO NOT move anything heavy by pulling it in front of you.Always push and never pull. DO NOT sit with crossed legs,sit with knees slightly higher than the hips.Keep your feet on the foot rest. ...etc

Hemorrhoid in physiological state act as a cushion composed of arterio-venous channels and connective tissue in the rectum that aid the passage of stool, but due to excess pressure in the abdominal area or pelvic area blood vessels near the anus are engorged and swollen and their walls becomes stretched, thin and irritated by passing stool.

Classification: it is of two types
Internal hemorrhoid is located higher in the inside lining of the rectum cannot felt unless they are substantially enlarged. It usually presents as painless bleeding. Sometimes internal hemorrhoids prolapsed or protrude outside the anus you may be able to see or feel them as moist of skin. Prolapsed hemorrhoids may hurt because the anus is dense with pain sensing nerve. Prolapsed hemorrhoids usually recede into the rectum on their own or by gently pushed back into place.
    External hemorrhoids are located underneath the skin that surrounds the anus and can be felt when they swell. Blood clots sometimes form within prolapsed external hemorrhoids, which is extremely painful (thrombosis). It present with pain in anal area with blood or without blood.


Symptoms:
    Itching
    Rectal pain
    Rectal bleeding
    Hemorrhoid is generally not dangerous unless they become infected. Complication can include thrombosed or strangulated hemorrhoids, bacterial infection and skin fissures. Rely bleeding from hemorrhoid lead to anemia.


Causes: 
    Mechanical causes: any activity that puts sustained pressure on the tissue in the anal or pelvic floor area e. G.
    
 Constipation
 Pregnancy
 Carrying or lifting heavy loads
 Sitting or standing for long periods, long distance driving, prolong working on the desk or bicycling
    
    Dietary factors: e. G. Low fiber diet, oily spicy and processed food, food in low micro minerals etc.
    Aging: connective tissue becomes less resilient in aged person.
    Overweight and obesity: this leads to poor vascular health as result of inflammation and poor nutrition.

Predisposing factors: deficit in anti-inflammatory foods combined with an over consumption of inflammatory food contributes to unhealthy blood vessel function throughout the body including anal area.


    Low fiber diet
    High in refined carbohydrate and animal products.
    Diet low in essential fats e. G. Omega 3
    Diet low in micro minerals including zinc & chromium
    High alcohol consumption.
    Obesity or overweight


All the above are the risk factors for inflammation which is aggravated by constipation, pregnancy, standing for long period or prolong sitting on desk.

Management:


    Reduction of constipation and soften stool by consuming enough fiber and water.
    Strengthen and fortify vascular and connective tissue in the anal area and elsewhere by consumption of anti inflammatory diet.
    Lifestyle measures to avoid hemorrhoids e. G. Good bowel function, exercise and healthy evacuation posture.
    Reducing constipation and softening stool:
    Consume high fiber foods as a part of high biber diet. < >Grain products: (6-11 servings of grain product in your diet is required daily) whole grain breads, whole wheat, whole grain rye, mixed grain, cracked wheat, buns, muffins. Brown ricewhole wheat pasta or brown rice pastacereals made from whole grain oatmeal ground flax, wheat germ or wheat bran in baked goods vegetables: (3-5 servings daily) dark green leafy vegetables contain heigest amounts of fiber e. G. Spinach, broccoli, green peas, green beans, turnip greens. Fruits: (2-3 serving of fruits) apples. Oranges, pears, peaches. Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries) dried fruits (dates, prunes (alu bukhara), apricots (khubaanee) legumes, nuts and seeds:
    
 Black bean, green beans, peas, kidney bean, lentils, peanut, soy bean
 Walnuts, peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds

High fiber food relieves the constipation which ultimately reduces the abdominal and colonic pressure resulting low incidence of hemorrhoid.


    Plenty of water as a part of a hemorrhoid diet: water is key for fiber to function as an antidote to constipation
    Avoid a diet high in refined carbohydrate as part of your hemorrhoid diet.
    Avoid saturated fats, non vegetarian food, trans-fats which leads to inflammation.
    Strengthen and fortify vascular and connective tissue in the anal area and elsewhere by consumption of anti inflammatory diet.
    
 Omega 3 fat: it plays important role in maintaining healthy skin and mucus membrane. It has important anti inflammatory function which is extremely useful when it is consumed in a condition like hemorrhoids. As the consumption of omega 3 fat increases ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 lowers. It is abundant in cold water fish and their oils and in seeds and their oils e. G. Flax seeds
    
    


“flax seeds (alsi)- soak ¼ cup of flax seeds overnight in a glass of water and drink the gel on next day or boil it till the water become half and drink the gel on same day.”


    Vitamin c: it maintains the healthy blood vessels and maintain tissue matrix. And increases the body immunity also. Rich source are blackberries, raspberries, broccoli, spinach, guavas, amla, lime melon, orange, papaya, pineapple, tomato.
    Vitamin e: it is a fat soluble vitamin which maintains healthy cell membrane as well as the prevention of inflammation. It is helpful in healing the inflamed tissue and trying to shrink the hemorrhoids. Rich source of it are nuts and seeds.
    Magnesium: it is a key mineral for vascular tone and integrity as well as nerve and muscle function. It increases the peristaltic action of the colon that propels feces towards the anus. Dark leafy vegetables are rich source of magnesium.
    Zinc: it plays important role of anti inflammatory diet and beneficial for hemorrhoid. Nuts and grains are rich source. You can supplement with 9mg /day (adult dose) aaaa
    Lifestyle measures to avoid hemorrhoids:
    
 Proper defcation technique: avoid straining when seated on the toilet. “posture key factor is that your bent knees remain higher than your hips.” this posture promotes easier elimination and avoid strain or pressure in the anal are thus contributes in minimizing hemorrhoids.
 Exercise: it is an important factor to maintain the tone of abdominal and pelvic floor muscle to avoid hemorrhoids. Kegel exercise strengthen the pelvic floor muscle which is done as follow
    
    


First step – locate the pelvic floor muscle “ stop urination in midstream, now you have located the pelvic floor muscle.

Second step- lye down & contract these muscle for a slow count of five.

Third step- release the muscles to a slow count of five

Repeat this exercise for 10 times three times daily


    Avoid activities that put pressure on your back e. G. Prolong standing, sitting on desk for long time, strenuous work, lifting or carrying heavy materials.
    Avoid stress which is a risk factor for hemorrhoids as it aids in constipatin and inflammation. Stress release the harmones which inhibit bowel movement.
    Chew food slowly which helps in digestion and absorption of nutrients.
    Take small and frequent meals.
    Dinner should be light and 2 hour before retiring to bed.
    Morning walk for 35 minutes daily
    Meditation and exercise daily for 30 minutes without strain.
    No smoking, no alcohol no tobacco
    Non oily, non spicy and processed food is to be avoided.
    No hurry worry and curry
    Treatment: it is symptomatic. (as per advice of physician exclusively) e. G.
    
 Pain- local application of xylocain gel, proctocydel ointment etc. Analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug like ibugesic after meal or turmeric with milk
 Infection- antibiotic e. G. Terramycin sf 500 mg 6 hourly for 5 days and metronidizol 400 mg 1 tab. Thrice daily for 5 days.
 Sitz bath.
        
    Supplement with vitamins e & c, mineral zinc and magnesium
    Stool softener like softovac sf, mucain gel
    Aurvedic medicin like pilex aesculus hippocatanum
    Homeopathic medicin like aesculus hippocastanum

My skin tone is uneven. I am not sure what is the product which makes my skin dark.

Hi, Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

I am 27 years old male have dark circles around my eye. Tried lots of cream available in the market but nothing helped. Please advise.
