You are brushing your teeth twice a day is a very good habit ,i think you should go for proper scaling and cleaning your teeth by dentist. It will solve your problem definitely.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed.

A good face scrub two to three times a week will remove the dead cells from the skin though a visible change will take 2 to 3 weeks. Also use a good sunscreen SPF 30 or more when venturing outdoors

I am suffering from loose motions from about a month now, I already did a 5 day course of norfloxacin tinidazole (norflox tz), consumed lactic acid (bifilac) for more than 5 days. I tried isabgol. And everything anyone recommended. I consulted dietician and physician both nothing helped. Please advise.

Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.

If you work in medical field, you need to take care of your mental health on priority. There are different anger management techniques such as deep breathing, stretching exercises, diverting your attention to any constructive thing i. E. 1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult for further advice.

Dear lybrate-user, don't worry about the leak. There are other fluids which are secreted by other glands. It may not be semen from testicles. If you have erection and lose erection in 30 seconds, it does not matter. Don't feel embarrassed. Induce your g f to handle your penis. Erection comes in waves. Sex for 10 to 15 minutes is good enough, average time is less than it, you can increase time on foreplay, if you have less stamina and weakness and if there is problem for your wife in getting orgasm then both of you will need some blood tests after which medicines will definitely help.

You must try to replace what you usually consume with these high-fiber foods to beat hunger pangs as well as ensure health.

9 high-fiber foods that make you feel full and provide adequate fiber too.

1) oatmeal - have a filling breakfast of oatmeal and eliminate your daily 11 am cravings. High in fiber, oatmeal also keeps cholesterol in check and keeps you satisfied.

Is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.
