Dear Jabeen, Namaskar, You must procure a diet chart from a Dietitian / Nutritionist...Join a Gymnasium to develop Vastus Medialis Muscles of your thighs...Strong Vastus medialis is helpful in preventing dislocation / subluxation of patella..... However .. you may need surgical correction if Physiotherapy does not help..... Take care.

Hello, sir I am suffering pain in my leg before two days.In this serious moment what I do sir?
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Suggest me some good medicines for back pain I am suffering from it from last two years.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Arnica 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

I have hand bone fracture. I had plaster for 1.5 month. My bone joined a bit after plaster. The bone has been dislocate & joined a bit at the edge. Is there any chance to infection. Can it repair with the help of calcium properly. What is the treatment to join it properly. What should I do? Please tell me. Is there any medicine that can repair it properly.

unfortunately there is no medicine that can make Unless the fracture is an open fracture there is no risk of infection in closed fractures unless the patient is very immunocompromised

To manage new sciatica pain, you may find that certain positions and activities are more comfortable than others. The proper exercises from a physiotherapist will help reduce sciatic pain. The exercises recommended will depend on what's causing the sciatica. It's important to work with a specialist who has experience working with people with sciatica. It's also important to do the exercises exactly as directed. Here are some home treatments for sciatica which you can follow: -do not bend, lift, or sit in a soft, low chair; the pain will get worse. -try a cold pack to see if it helps the pain. If you don't have a cold pack, use a large bag of frozen vegetables; it makes a good first aid cold pack. -after the cold massages, try alternating with heat from hot bag. -you may feel better lying on your back on a firm surface with a pillow under knees. Another option is lying on side with a pillow between the knees to keep the back straight. Also, a recliner chair is helpful. -do activities one is able to tolerate. Best wishes.

Most probably there's may be ligament injury or meniscus injury. Do mri of knee joint and then inform me.

Calf pain after running is due to muscle cramps. Follow these to get relief and avoid the problem. 1. Consume plenty of liquids after and during runs. At least 1 litre of water for 1 hour of running. 2.Take healthy snack after running like fruits or oats or chicken or dal. 3 Take shower with cold water to relieve body soreness after runs. Apply ice pack on calf muscles after running. 4. Always do stretching of back and leg muscles before starting your run. 5. Take a break of at least one day a week . 6. Be gradual in your runs. Gradual increase in speed and distance of run is recommended. 7. Do not run with improper shoes. Wear good shoes with sole support. 8. Avoid running when pain is present. If problem persists consult again.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and give her orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase her dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, ask her to go for a walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help her. For her weak eyes, nothing can be done at her age.

At her age, these kind of problems are common, so better you get a proper examination of her knee done by an orthopaedician and physiotherapist and then continue the treatment prescribed. As far as medicines is concerned, you can try ayurveda, homeopathy or allopathy whatever you feel feasible.
