Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 6. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

If you have lost that much weight within a few weeks without dieting or exercise, then it needs to be evaluated by a doctor. It can be infections or diabetes or thyroid problems etc. There are several reasons. Consult a physician immediately.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

My baby is 5-1/2 months old. Some sound is coming from his breathing. He has no phelgm in chest. We have consulted child specialist He says that his breathing tube will expand as he grows more . He has checked his chest also But says that everything is normal. But sound is coming I do not know what to do. Please give opinion.

It might be a simple thing called Laryngotracheomalacia. .A condition in which the front wall of windpipe is a bit weak.Put some normal saline drops in both nostrils and let the baby lie in prone (Face down) position for few seconds. .If the sound goes off.Just wait & watch till 8-9 months of age.Vit. Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Hi lybrate-user acc to your height your weight should be 50 kgs you are 10 kgs overweight. Start walking. Take study breaks and be more active during that time, in between studies do jumping jacks for 5 mins. Chose healthy foods from hostel menu, keep fruits and vegetables for salad in your room- eat that when hungry have atleast 3ltrs water/day.
