I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take all fruits and vegetables.

Take 1 bowl curd wid out sugar and salt plain curd once in a day. Used lona salt in meals. Take 4 litres water per day and avoid oily food and rich diet. Non veg. Take green vegetables. Pimples occur due to pollution, hormonal changes and to a great extent due to wrong food habits. So first thing you can do is follow a right kind of lifestyle. Eat healthy food which includes lots of vegetables, salads and fruits. Drink lot of water. Avoid eating junk food, oily and spicy food. Sleep everyday for 6-8 hours. Do not touch or prick your pimples. There are excellent ayurvedic medicines available for treatment pimples completely without relapse for which you can consult me privately through lybrate. For now start acne n pimples cream of himalaya. Wash your face frequently with himalaya neem face wash. Take cap neem 2capsule two times a day. For 3 months. Take mahamanhishthaadi kadha 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm water.

From last 6 years, I have a hyper pigmentation on my cheeks and nose. I tried so many ointments like lumacip plus, lumaglow and along with this I have to use sunscreen lotion for 2-3 times a day. When I don't apply it, scars visible again. Is there any permanent solution to get rid of this. Pls let me know I am fed up of these. I don't want to apply lotion as I am office goer.
