Reach out to a friend or counselor or talk about the stress and you will immediately feel relief. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

I am a 30 year old male and have been facing problems of premature ejaculation and wet dreams since last 4 years or so. I use to masturbate quite frequently earlier but in the last 2 years or so its become zero. At the time of sex, I somehow feel my erection is not strong enough for penetration, probably am also trying to attribute this to the premature ejaculation problem. This is also leading to problems with my partner who has now begun to think that am not just impotent, but infertile as well. Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Memory and mindpower depends on three important factors. They are understanding, retention and recollection. You should be able to understand the passage or the information given perfectly so as to help your brain to retain the information or knowledge. Once it is retained properly, recollection happens whenever a memory relation is given. Understanding usually requires creative learning methods and repetition. Providing rest to your brain every half hour while studying continuously help improve concentration. Physical exercises, entertainment, socialization improves memory. Diet which includes fruits, vegetables, nuts also improves memory. Mind games like Sudoku too help. Please understand these facts and apply them on your daily routine. Take care.

yes,all reports are normal you can try during ovulation periods that is 8th to 18th day after periods.it is fertile period when there is maximum chance for pregnancy.

Does using panty liners of any local brand in daily use will not have any bad affect. I mean if the brand is too cheap and I had to use the panty liner for a long duration or whole day as I had a severe leuccoreah problem. You conceive when you ovulate and ovulation time is normally around two weeks before the next expected date you have to check a few previous months dates and then calculate accordingly.

To lose weight one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (especially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving oneself does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multigrain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double toned milk. Com the best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

What is the remedy of intensive hair fall.
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes.
