Lybrate-user taking 30 min everyday for exercise is possible if you manage your time. Since you are busy so I would say take extra care of food what you eat, because when food is taken without daily exercise, it become obvious to gain weight, eat heavy breakfast, normal lunch and very light breakfast, if you want to lose weight in just 2 months start a habit not to eat dinner after sunset and you will miraculously lose weight. Its very necessary to follow healthy routine and you should take balance diet so that body requirement should be fulfilled .as your weight is perfect so you need to carry the same .i am giving you few suggestions, please follow it you will see the difference ,eat at regular interval, go for walk morning and evening, do yoga, don't eat very high protein rich diet in large amount although you can take little bit ,it is because at 50 -60 age higher protein content increases the uric acid level and it causes pain in joints, now a days knee pain is more common ,prefer to include more fruits and vegetables ,i am not giving the list of what to eat and what not because patients generally feel burden .so in general increase in your diet seasonal green fruits, vegetables,salad ,mixed flour of maize, bajra,chana, eat fruits instead of juice as many studies have proven that our body absorbs minerals and vitamins more when we eat fruits. Avoid fat or ghee containing substance and use different types of refined oil such as for some times sunflower oil, for some time mustard oil, avoid taking dalda and ghee as per as WHO direction it increases cholesterol level. L experienced that in cold season l suffer cough, cold and light fewer. After two 2-3 day it's increased. Blood will come out morning first spitting only its not cure normal medicine. Using high antibiotic it will cure its starting 7-8 year back. First it's appear yearly once. But now it's repeated 2-3 time in a year while this condition l felt nervous. Examine with ct scan. Report is shown as COPD. I want to treatment for cure for permanently. Thanks.

Just a news of expecting a baby brings cheer and excitement in a couple’s life. However, being prepared for it helps you become healthy and bring in a healthy baby too.

Here are few things that one must take care of before and while conceiving.

1. Use Ovulation calculator to decide the best time for pregnancy.
2. Stop taking contraceptives.
3. Preconception health care is necessary to avoid miscarriage, stillbirth or premature birth
4. Keep yourself mentally ready and healthy for delivery.
5. Be aware of your body i.e. how healthy and fit you are.
6. Have medical checkups before getting pregnant.
7. If your weight is on the higher side, lose weight before getting pregnant as being overweight brings complications.
8. Fathers should also avoid smoking and drinking for better sperm quality.
9. Intake of regular folic acid.
10. Regular Exercise.
11. Stay away from Infections.
12. Consult dentist as hormonal shifts can cause gum diseases which are harmful for baby.
13. Eat lot of fish for child’s development but avoid fish that has mercury.
14. Completely avoid smoking, drinking and caffeine yourself.
15. Avoid passive smoking too.
16. Avoid soda and fruit juice as they may raise sugar levels.
17. Sleep as much as you can.
18. Take adequate amount of iodine in your diet.
19. Take up-to-date vaccinations.

Started as Itchiness in the groin area since one & half months. Applied surfaz-SN ,Quadriderm ,was of no use. Took Flucos 200 orally for 2 week (once a week) and applied Ring gard twice daily. Has reduced but not completely. Still continuing medicine. Advise homeopathic medicine to get rid completely. Thanks.

The condition you are suffering from is called jock itch. Jock itch is a very common groin rash. Roughly half of jock itch is due to fungus. The remainder is caused by moisture, irritation, and bacterial overgrowth. In most cases, jock itch can be treated at home effectively. You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1. Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer Lotrimin Ultra which contains Butenafine Hydrochloride over regular Lotrimin AF which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown Butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch. 2. Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. 3. Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. 4. Change clothes and undergarments every day. 5. Wear loose cotton clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 6. Treat any other fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence.

I'm 29 years old female. I'm suffering from pcod problem since last 2 yrs. I was on medication for a years and so than I stopped using them. Now again my menstrual cycle is distributed.. Hello, polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of pcos are light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with pcos, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. You should opt homoeopathic treatment, it has cure for pcos. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take whey protein powder.
