Is it common to have tear in perineum and needs 5-6 stitches in natural delivery?
Yes, in a vaginal delivery, sometimes a gynaecologist gives a clean cut in the perineum of the lady during delivery of head of the baby. This is called episiotomy. Otherwise also it is common to have tears during delivery of the baby which need to be repaired.

I got married 5 years ago. But We didn't have any children's still now, what to do.
Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise.

if u eat and drink and u get pain.. it more suggestive of gastritis and acidity.. u should eat and drink healthy..avoid spices , fried food, and drink lots of water .. avoid caffeine too.
