She is suffering from severe dysmenorrhoea, which is not relieved by medications. You should get her ultrasound done asap and get examined by gynecologist. She may be suffering from either fibroid or endometriosis or ovarian cyst or even fibroids, which may need surgery for treatment. Ultrasound can diagnose all these conditions.

Possibly you have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I would therefore advice you to get a hormonal assay and pelvic usg done to tailor treatment.

I had a sex with a prostitute in 01st june 2015 without condom after that I feared that she might have hiv then I got tested on june then july then in september and again in february 2016 all tests results were non reactive do I have to retest again to get it confirmed? Please help me.

Sine you are no reactive even after 6 months of exposure it is very less likely that you have any hiv infection. Still for a confirmation you may go for western blot or pcr.

My 2 months baby refuse to take mother's breast feed. We are trying hard to feed him but he refuse to take, while he is enjoying to take breast feed from others women. I wanted to know long consequences for the same. We are giving him formula milk. Should we give some additional supplement or any other techniques can we apply for breast feed. We require valuable input.

If you give formula in bottle the will be breast and nipple confusion. There may be crack or extra lager areola in mother. You can try putting a nipple shield and see. Do not feed in bottle and feed with a spoon after giving breast.

My baby is 3 months old I was feeding him breast milk plus formula milk as milk supply is less. My problem is now he is not at all sucking me.

Pediatrician, Pune
Why did you start formula milk? breast milk is best for the baby but it require a little effort, and you are making the baby lazy by giving bottle feeds which requires less effort then as compared to sucking on breast, they will always choose the easier alternative and then wont suck on breast, try to give exclusive breast feeding till at least 6 months of age
