Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Yes, I can. Do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate i" ll give you diet chart.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapati also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis.

Quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hypothyroidism is the main reason why the weight is increasing. If tsh levels are brought to normal, preferably between 3 to 4 milli units/ ml, then efforts to reduce weight will be fruitful. So firdt thing is to control hypothyroidism, bring tsh levels down to 3 to 4 milli units/ml, take a restricted diet, that gives exact calories based on ideal body weight, (47 kgs), daily exercise of at least 1 hour is needed.

Hello- 1.Aloe Vera gel is an excellent remedy for taking care of dark tans. It will lighten the skin in as little as a week, if applied everyday to the affected area. However, aloe has the property of making your skin photosynthetic and can darken it if you go out in the sun without sunscreen lotion. This makes it important to remember to use sunscreen every time you go out. 2.A cream with equal parts of milk powder, lemon juice, honey and almond oil can be applied and left on for 20 minutes. This will help lighten your tan. You can store this for about a week and use it thrice daily for best results.

it may be because of the oil you are applying, it may be adulterated. Change the oil your are using. .Kindly add camphor to the oil, only a pinch. If your have dandruff then you apply durdurpatradi oil over your scalp. Good luck.

Please take bananas. Also take cow's milk in night , and during day you can take butter milk, If you eat non-vegetarian foods take vegetables and fruits and avoid non-vegetarian foods. Avoid foods which are too oily , spicy and pungent because such foods cause misery and disease and can increase fissures. Instead of worrying , meditate and feel peaceful and happy by finding and reading ISKCON books

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened!
