PDDM, MHA, MBBS

There is no cure for lactose intolerance. But you can treat your symptoms by limiting or avoiding milk products. Some people use milk with reduced lactose, or they substitute soy milk and soy cheese for milk and milk products.

She got operated for uterus, but after one year her intestine came out of the hole, now she should go operation, I just wanted to know if its better with laparoscopy or open surgery.

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Most probably it is a case of hernia which needs to be operated immediately. Whether to go for laprascopy or routine surgery depends on skill of the surgeon specially for lap surgery. You will have to find out.

Homeopath, Hyderabad
You need to take homeopathy constitutionally, that means, in homeopathy, the right remedy will be chosen by knowing everything about that particular patient. Like her/his family h/o, past h/o of illness, present c/o, any associated c/o, if +, physically, how the nature of appetite, thirst, bowels, sweat etc, & mentally also, their nature. Like irritability, depression, tolerance, suppression of any emotions, sensitivity, grief abt any loss, disappointment. Etc all should be known while choosing the rt remedy, even then also, some times, dosage should be changed according to the feedback, progress. That needs individual care, attention & time. So, if you find any near by expert, I suggest you to consult/homeopathically. For all your c/os, meanwhile, you can try m2 tone{herbal], or homeopathic. R-28 drops. Twice/day[15-20 drops in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water} biochemic 15 tablets daily 5-5-for some time.

Here are tips for preventing gas and acid reflux: -Relax and eat food slowly Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension. -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee, tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Do daily exercise.like walking; It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food -TREATMENT: -mucaine gel syp 2 tsp twice daily will help -tablet Rabicip-D. taken twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.
