“If looks could kill…” goes the saying. Looks are considered, an important part of a person’s personality. A person initially attracts others towards himself/herself by his/her looks.

So maintaining ourselves, our looks are very important. One may be of the indisputable opinion that the inner beauty is more important but looks also complement that beauty to an extent.

It always seems that the men are the ones who care about the way a woman looks, but the reality seems to be otherwise.

Women tend to be more obsessed with the way they appear, as compared to men.

Say, an ugly guy who admires the beauty of a woman that he finds attractive, will never lie to himself thinking that he’s “eligible” enough to win her, while an unattractive woman will admire a good looking guy’s facial structure, physique etc. and will do whatsoever irrationally to get him.

Even an incredibly good looking, guy might never want to be with an ugly girl, but would still find the girl-next-door types beautiful without actually knowing them personally.

Again, we come back to the point that the inner beauty is more important than the outer. Of course, inner beauty is undeniable.

People’s true beauty lies in their character, their values and overall in their individuality.

It is not necessary that a person’s looks and character match, since they can be deceptive.

For example, a person who looks suspicious or like a threat may actually turn out to be quite contrasting in nature. However, sometimes the outer appearance can reflect inner beauty, too.

For instance, a person may lie or pretend through his speech and behavior but not through his eyes. That is why it is said that, one should make an eye contact with the other person while talking.

We also, tend to trust people blindly who look innocent and trustworthy and when the tables are turned we realize our folly.

It is not that all people who seem to be innocent are not to be trusted, or even the case of trusting anyone; but we need to observe and analyze the person and also our instincts before placing our trust on someone, however convincing, innocent, and trustworthy they appear.

Therefore, it would be wrong to judge a person only on his/her outer appearance.

What matters more in the end are the person’s beliefs, character and his overall individuality!

I have small black pimple on my left breast. Sometimes time I feel pain on my both breast .Should I consult doctor for this. There is no pain on that pimple.

Take out time for some physical activities such alike brisk walking, swimming, yoga, deep breathing etc. In diet you need to restrict all junk foods, refined cereals, spices. Oil which you can use is olive oil and strictly avoid ghee, butter etc. If you are non-vegetarian then you have to restrict red meat and you can have chicken, fish twice a week that too prepared at home. You can eat egg white and have to avoid egg yolk. Avoid peanuts, cashews, pista. You can have 5-6 soaked almonds and 30 gm walnut. Include green vegetables in Your diet. Team Nutrihealth.

Nightfall is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night Fall Side Effect 1. Fatigue 2. Back pain 3. Hair loss 4. Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Better go with cd4 count every 3 months and consult a physician after the report and take medicine regularly. If you have further symptoms take symptomatic treatment. Maintain healthy diet.
