My gum is regularly increases what can I do for my gum.
Gum size increases bcz of poor oral hygiene so you should get the scaling done at regular intervals. And use mouthwashes twice daily for 1 months.

Brushing right is important for healthy gums, but do not brush too hard, simply apply some pressure on your teeth. Opt for a toothbrush that has soft bristles. These soft bristles won't cut or damage your gums. Also, twist your brush at a 45 degree angle so that the bristles won't damage your gums.

It depends on the reason for which you are wearing the plates(reason for which the orthodontic treatment is done). It has to be worn for a period of 1 year but it varies on case to case. if u see the spaces appearing again you can go for a permanent lingual retainers to stablize the teeth which will be of a great help. Sensitivity can be either due to loss of enamel layer or due to decay in teeth. Get your teeth evaluated by dentist to one the cause of sensitivity n get treated accordingly. Meanwhile use a desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf or sensodyne toothpaste to reduce sensitivity. Rub some of it onto your tooth surface n wait for 5 mins before rinsing.

This usually indicates progressing gum disease. See a dentist as you might need a good professional cleaning to get rid of plaque and tartar (calculus) deposits that are the usual culprits, and that, once established, will not go away without the professional cleaning. Bleeding gums might also, occasionally, indicate underlying nutritional deficiency or systemic disorders, which also might be identified during a professional evaluation.

Tooth sensitivity

Tooth sensitivity can affect one or more teeth. It’s most common when you eat or drink something hot, cold, sweet, or sour. Sometimes a breath of cold air can set it off. The pain can be sharp and sudden and can shoot deep into the nerve endings of your teeth.
Steps to Reduce Tooth Sensitivity
The good news is there are many ways to control sensitive teeth. You can:

Brush and floss regularly. Use proper brushing and flossing techniques to thoroughly clean all parts of your teeth and mouth.
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently and carefully around the gum line so you don’t remove gum tissue.
Use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Several brands are available. Regular use should make teeth less sensitive. You may need to try several brands to find the product that works best for you. Another tip: Spread a thin layer on the exposed tooth roots with your finger or a Q-tip before you go to bed. Use a fluoridated toothpaste, not a tartar control one.
Watch what you eat. Avoid lots of highly acidic foods and drinks.
Use fluoridated dental products. Using a fluoridated mouth rinse daily can decrease sensitivity. Ask your dentist about products available for home use.
Don’t grind your teeth. Use a mouth guard at night.
See your dentist every 6 months (or sooner, depending on your condition).
If you still have discomfort, talk to your dentist. There may be a procedure that can help. He might recommend:

White fillings(bonding) to cover exposed root surfaces
Fluoride varnishes applied to the exposed root surface
Dentin sealers applied to the exposed root surface
