I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and help you. Warts and Their Causes

What Are Warts And How They Are Caused?

Warts are small, rough growth, cauliflower like solid blisters that usually affect the hands and feet but can also emerge on other areas, like the genitals, face & mouth, around and under the nails, nose, neck, arms and legs. There are over a dozen types of warts.Regardless of the type, warts are caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). This virus can take over a 100 forms, and each is capable of causing a unique wart.

While some HPV forms are contagious, others are not, but then there are types that thrive and spread from one body part to another. Being a common dermatological condition, it is important to accustom and prepare yourself before you have an unwelcoming encounter.

Common Types of Warts and Their Causes:

PLANTAR WARTS:This type of wart is caused by coming into contact with the HPV in its natural habitat, i.e. usually in a wet and warm environment, like gyms, bathrooms and pools. Furthermore, the virus transmits through open wounds, like cuts and lacerations, so avoiding using public bathrooms or pools when injured is preferable. This type of wart is not contagious and usually emerges on and under the feet.

PALMER WARTS:These types of warts are again caused by the HPV virus but instead of feet develop on the hands and are neither painful nor infectious.

FLAT WARTS:The flat type of warts occur commonly on the face, neck, arms and legs, and the virus can transfer by coming into contact with an infected person or using razor blades or towels while having an open skin or wounds.

FILLIFORM WARTS:These warts grow around the nose and mouth and are commonly caused by using a product previously used by an infected person. Since these warts appear on a noticeable location, they can prove to be a nightmare.

PERIUNGUAL WARTS:The periungual warts are most commonly found on the hands, feet, under and around the nails. They usually begin with filliform warts around the mouth and when nails are bitten, the virus spreads to the fingers and all the way down to the hands.

GENITAL WARTS:This is probably the worst and most serious form of this condition because they are a type of STD (sexually transmitted diseases). They can affect your sex life and are spread through physical contact. Sometimes, a person can only get the infection and not warts which means they can spread the virus without even realising it.

The best way to prevent being infected is implementing a thorough personal hygiene routine and staying away from those affected.

I have black circle under my eyes what should I do it's because of smoking or something else. I have been doing night...
Hi. Yes, in your case the dark circles could be due to smoking and erratic shift timings! Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, excessive smoking, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

Ringworm of groin is also known as tinea cruris or jock itch . It causes raised red sores with marked edges. This type of ringworm can spread to the buttocks, Inner thigh and external genitilia. Fungal infections of skin are the most common of all and are effectively treated with homoeopathy. This disease is more common in hot and moist weather and is more frequently seen in people who keep their feet enclosed in shoes or socks most of the time, (Athlete’s foot). It is also encouraged by the sharing of wash places and swimming pools. In frequent washing of socks and use of occlusive foot wear encourages relapses. It has been a widely acknowledged fact that homoeopathy can treat this condition effectively and without any side effects. you can Consult me for homoepathic treatment without side effects

I am loosing my hair. Please suggest me good hospital where should I go? Is there any techniques to stop hair fall?

BHMS

I am loosing my hair. Please suggest me good hospital where should I go? Is there any techniques to stop hair fall?
Hi. No need to go to any hospital as you are just 18yrs. old. Relax! Take homoeopathic medication which will prevent your further baldness and hairloss and safe to take! It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month. Get your blood tested for CBC, Hb%, S. Ferritin, S. Folic acid, S. Iron, S. vitamin B12, S. vitamin D3, S. Calcium.

These 7 Skin Gods Reverse Your Skin’s Ageing
Anti ageing foods for skin

With change in lifestyle and eating/drinking habits, our health deteriorates and the first signs are seen on your face. Nowadays, skin starts ageing in your 20s and it is sad. The good news is that we can take care of our skin health with some minor adjustments in our lifestyle. One such change is adding few foods to our diet. Best foods for skin health are:
1. Almonds - these nuts have high quantity of vitamin e which doubles as antioxidant protecting the cells of your skin from uv light.

2. Green tea - apart from helping detox and lose weight, green tea is also good for your skin. The antioxidants in green tea have anti-cancer properties which have been proven and hence, prevent skin cancer.

3. Dark chocolates - love chocolate? here is a good reason to eat them (in moderation). Antioxidants in dark chocolates protect against sun damage and make the skin smooth & soft.

4. Carrots - carrots have vitamin a which helps clear skin breakouts. Eating carrots gives you a natural glow and a healthier complexion.

5. Tomatoes - tomatoes have phytochemicals which help eliminate skin-aging which is caused by harmful ultraviolet rays.

6. Walnuts - these nuts provide a good amount of omega-3 fatty acids which are particularly important for vegetarians who are not getting the same from fish. Not having enough of omega-3 fatty acids can cause dry, scaly skin often leading to eczema.

7. Water - yes, plain water! it hydrates your skin and allows it to breathe. And, it is the best liquid substitute to sugar filled juices and soda.

Use sugar scrub to erase pimple marks- this is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent and would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone. - take three tablespoons of sugar - 1 tablespoon of milk powder - 1 tablespoon of honey mix them together and scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes.

I am suffering hair loss from a long time that my due to chambal river water then what should I do.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.
