if xrays didnt show any bone injury then it could be that you have soft tissue damage inside the joint. MRI scan will show soft tissue injuries. consult an ortho surgeon and he would be able to advise you after examining your knee.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer.

Dear Lybrate user, Thanks for contacting us. It seems like you are going through a great loss and it makes a lot of sense that you are feeling very sad and have a hard time accepting that she is no more. Losing a loved one is a painful experience and it might feel like it's never going to be better. It was only less than two months since she passed away though, so give yourself some time. Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, hopeless - whatever feelings might be there - and then move on. Take your time. Things will change, even though it might not feel like it. Everyone deals with grief differently and there are no right or wrong ways, but there are ways to cope with the pain that might help you. Connecting with others might help you heal. Have you tried talking to others who have experienced something similar? There are support groups of people who are all experiencing a loss of a loved one who can help each other cope with their loss and grief. They often find that they are not only supported by others who can understand them, but also realise that others need them too. If you feel the need to talk to one of us we can certainly set up a session online to do the same. Else do contact a psychologist at Aurangabad to help you process your grief. I hope this was helpful for you. All the best!

Hi Deepak Pimples do leave a significant scar based on depth of skin involvement. It can be treated with creams or Lasers after assessing the scar and skin type. Clearing it completely can only be promised after assessing. If scars are deep then a complete removal might not be possible only considerable reduction of severity is possible.

Blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Each time your heart beats, it pumps blood into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when your heart beats, pumping the blood. This is called systolic pressure. When your heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. This is called diastolic pressure. Your blood pressure reading uses these two numbers. Usually the systolic number comes before or above the diastolic number. A reading of 119/79 or lower is normal blood pressure 140/90 or higher is high blood pressure Between 120 and 139 for the top number, or between 80 and 89 for the bottom number is called prehypertension. Prehypertension means you may end up with high blood pressure, unless you take steps to prevent it. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, but it can cause serious problems such as stroke, heart failure, heart attack and kidney failure. You can control high blood pressure through healthy lifestyle habits such as exercise and the DASH diet and taking medicines, so to answer your question, yes its normal and you don't have to consult a doctor. But yes do keep a regular Blood pressure record t monitor your control.

How the disease mumps is caused? And what are the precautions to be taken to prevent mumps? And what type of food is ...
Mumps is a contagious disease caused by a virus that passes from one person to another through saliva, nasal secretions, and close personal contact. The condition primarily affects the parotid glands. Parotid glands — also called salivary glands — are the organs responsible for producing saliva. There are three sets of salivary glands on each side of your face, located behind and below your ears. The hallmark symptom of mumps is swelling of the salivary glands. Symptoms of mumps usually appear within two weeks of exposure to the virus. Flu-like symptoms may be the first to appear, including: fatigue body aches headache loss of appetite low-grade fever Because mumps is a virus, it doesn’t respond to antibiotics or other medications. However, you can treat the symptoms to make yourself more comfortable while you’re sick. Rest when you feel weak or tired. Take over-the-counter pain relievers, to bring down your fever. Soothe swollen glands by applying ice packs. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration due to fever. Eat a soft diet of soup, yogurt, and other foods that aren’t hard to chew (chewing may be painful when your glands are swollen) Avoid acidic foods and beverages that may cause more pain in your salivary glands.

You can feel tired due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Dear ayurvedic treatment is best for joints problem, follow the tips they will help u: Increase intake of barley flour, horse gram (a type of bean), split green gram, honey, celery seeds, cumin seeds, dried ginger root powder, garlic, bitter gourd and castor oil. Avoid eating fish and milk together or milk and jaggery together. Avoid incompatible, heavy, and oily foods Avoid an improper diet and lifestyle, such as waking up late in the night, suppressing natural urges of the body, and getting direct exposure to cold winds. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints.
