Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do yoga,pranayam,keep cleanliness of private body parts. avoid chilled water,cold drink, foods kept in fridge,oily,spicy,outside food,water, avoid late night works, travelling ,overexertion during menstruation. best luck..

Hi My baby (DOB 8 Jan 2015) was take last breath at age of only 2 months and 13 days (21 Mar 2015). She was suffered from left heart syndrome by birth. There's no rules that once a heart defect in the baby, next pregnancy will have same fate, though parents are more cautious about check ups of heart of baby all through the 9 months y ultrasound tests of mother, technology is advanced and lots can be detected before 24 weeks.

Homoeopathic medicine r-89 drops (dr reckeweg) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 time daily r-89 drops (dr reckeweg) massage 10 drops in 1 spoon fresh water on bald spots briskly for 5 minutes daily and move dermaroller in those bald spots.(you can get it from a cosmetic accessories shop) acid phos. 30 (dr reckeweg), drink 5 drops morning empty stomach, once in week. Wiesbaden 30 (sbl) drink 5 drops daily morning empty stomach. Natrum mur 6x (dr reckeweg), chew 4 tabs twicedaily. Hair serum (wolfe dietri) apply on hairs 2 hour before bath twice a week jaborandi oil (wheezal) apply twice weekly esp. During winter we should eat food, which has high thermic effect as it boosts our metabolism and keeps us active and warm through out day. High protein food like poultry, fish, pork, ham etc and complex carbohydrates food like wholegrain products, green and colored vegetables etc have high thermic effect.
*eating a variety of food in sensible proportions in winter should include:
6 daily servings of complex carbohydrates,
5 servings of fruits or yoghurt
2 servings of protein,
15-25 gms of fats and oil
Many of things have beneficial implications especially during winters. For example:
Red wine: it keeps you warm, and the key are two antioxidants found in the skin of grapes - reveratrol and anthocyanins as they help to neutralize the free oxygen radical that damages the artery and has potent anti cancer effect.
Coffee: a hot cup of magic beans has caffeine, considered a major source of antioxidants that help lower the risk of diabetes, and has been linked to reduction in colon cancer for women, lower risk of gout in men.
Chocolate: dark chocolates are better because of high cocoa content which is packed with flavonoid they prevent heart disease and cancer.
Saffron: it improves digestion, stimulates circulation and reduces high blood pressure. Its also as anti depressant. It enhances the activity of mood boosting neuro- transmitters, dopamine and nonrepinephrine.

Hi! excercise makes your cells active and your cells become more sensitive to insulin so it can work more efficiently. Diet helps in controlling your blood glucose level which is essential to preventing long-term complications - cardia, kidney, nerve related illness. Excessive fatty cells in the body will cause insulin resisitance and hence diet and excercise are important for you.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

I am looking for one answer. Just one word answer that a patient who is moderately depressed from 2-3 years. Can he beat it with exercise, CBT, Diet, yoga and relaxing techniques without taking any antidepressants. I am doing exercise daily. I am getting better and better day by day. I don't want to stop this improvement. But as the time progresses I am in doubt whether really I can be alright with exercise alone?

Possibly no. Exercise and cbt have a positive effect on depression and are proven to improve depression. However in your case, the duration of illness i. E. 2-3 years is striking. This is just because chronic depression usually requires medications and a holistic approach with ruling our other causes of such depression like hormonal imbalances and specific vitamin deficiencies.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana.

Hi lybrate-user, Hope this helps: Prepare to Start Strong First and foremost, no matter who you're speaking to or where, prepare yourself to start strong. You can't talk quietly and mutter and hope that you'll break out of it and be more confident later. You have to start talking loud, proud, and actively right away so that you don't let yourself develop any negative habits. Exercise Beforehand Use general stress reduction tips - like exercise, but also sleep, healthy eating, and even relaxation strategies - to make sure that your mind and body are more relaxed before you start speaking to others. Exercise itself is profoundly beneficial, as it has a calming effect on the brain, increases confidence, and reduces the ability to feel more pronounced anxiety symptoms. Practice Embarrassment One strategy that some people find effective is practicing feeling embarrassed until you no longer fear it. You can actually find this fairly fun. Consider doing naturally embarrassing activities like going out in a clown outfit and standing in public, or singing 80's music loudly in the street. The more you can get used to the idea of being embarrassed, the more you'll stop fearing it. Work Your Way Up You should also strongly consider smaller speaking engagements and working your way up to the number of people you talk to/in front of. Speaking in front of 3 people is much different than speaking in front of 300. At some point you'll find your anxiety increase. Find that point, and work your way up with the number of people you're speaking in front of until you no longer find it quite as upsetting. Practice Until You're Bored With It Anxiety with the material (if you're giving a presentation) can exacerbate speaking anxiety. Even if you know what you're going to say by heart, if you have any concerns that you're going to forget the content, those concerns will grow larger when you're actually speaking. Practice, practice, and practice some more, until you're so familiar with everything you're going to say that you will probably have dreams about it. Also, Try Pictures, Visualization, Laughing Just Before You Speak Sometimes we don’t realize we’re nervous until just before it’s our turn to speak. You may feel calm and prepared until just before your name is called. If you’re out of view, you can try methods such as looking at a baby photo, smiling big, telling yourself a joke or taking big deep breaths. If you’re in plain sight, use your brain to calm yourself. Try visualization or discreet, deep breathing. Keep a smile on your face and try to look relaxed. Consult a psychologist to learn more techniques and ease your anxiety by eliminating it from root. Dear lybrate-user, the first and most likely possibility is Urinary Tract Infection. You should get urine routine and microscopy examination done. You will need antibiotics for curing the problem and will have to increase fluid intake.

He has to do meditation an yoga and get mind control and work to get his aims. Frustration and anger are fundamental emotions that everyone experiences from time to time. From a very early age, people learn to express frustration by copying the behaviour they see modelled around them, and by expressing frustration and angry behaviour and seeing what they can get away with. We all suffer from frustration, and being able to effectively deal with frustration is a very important skill to develop. Each person needs to learn how to control frustration, so that it does not control them. The following is a brief overview of types of frustration management programs and resources that have proved helpful in understanding and controlling frustration and anger. I have found several approaches to treatment that have been effective for my clients including: individual and group therapy for anger management. A therapist who can observe and analyse your behaviour from an impartial perspective, can help you with your reality testing. A therapist knows many effective frustration and anger management strategies and will be able to help you develop a personalized set of strategies for changing both your thinking and behaviour. Depending on your needs, your therapist may work with you on breathing or meditation exercises to reduce frustration, safe and appropriate emotional and physical techniques to release frustration, communication, or cognitive restructuring (a method for disputing and changing the way you think). Relaxation and exercise simple relaxation tools such as deep breathing and relaxing imagery can help calm down feelings of frustration and anger. Breathing deeply, from your diaphragm, will help while breathing from your chest won't relax you. While breathing, you can slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as" relax" calm down" or" take it easy. Non-strenuous exercise, like yoga, can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer. Strenuous and vigorous exercise can also help you to work off frustration and angry feelings. Frustration can have a highly damaging impact on our frame of mind. It can turn a positive person into a person who sees nearly everything as a problem. It can slow you down, inhibit your progress, and at times completely immobilize you. We can become so wound up with our frustration that we do not, and cannot, think or act rationally. Our frustration can often exacerbate a situation and create a vicious circle. If we are convinced that our actions are not working, no matter how hard we try, we are much more likely to reduce, rather than increase, our chances of success. Remember, you cannot eliminate frustration. In spite of all your efforts, things will happen that will cause you frustration and anger. Life is filled with frustration, pain, loss, and the unpredictable actions of others. You can't change that; but you can change the way you let such events affect you. If you feel that your degree of frustration is really out of control, if it is having an impact on your relationships and on important parts of your life, you might consider counselling to learn how to handle it better.
