Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

to increase weight you have to consume more calorie then your requirement. As per your age and activity your ideal calorie consumption should be 1900kcal.to increase weight you have to consume more calorie than 1900.you need a proper dietary guideline and diet schedule. hair fall is due to infection in scalp skin or hormonal effects also sometimes its genetic cause,if infective then easily goes into hairs follicles & its root and results in hair fall, For control on hair fall u have to control on infections ,Medicines takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in scalp skin..but fully curable with proper medicines and care.

You should avoid packed and processed food, reduce milk products, white sugar & maida products. Eat fruits in morning, a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. All the best.

Apply sun screen lotion on your face and neck before going out in sun or cover your face and neck with cloth in sun. Apply raw milk on tanned area before bathing and massage for some time for removal of tanning. Drink plenty of water.

Hi, you can make your lipid levels back to normal by following diet and physical activity. You need to include healthy food options such as whole grain cereals, pulses and legumes, fruits and vegetables, skimmed milk and milk products, lean meat, skin out chicken, egg white. Reduce your intake of red meat, egg yolk, fried/ oily foods, junk foods, alcohol and smoking of tobacco. Include fish (trout, sardines, tuna, salmon), almonds (4-5), walnuts (4-5), flax seeds (2 tsp), green tea, oats as they help you to maintain healthy lipid levels. If you don't have any type of physical activity its better to start as it will help you in reducing excess weight if any.
