Sir wish to know that I am already having whey protein 30 GM twice the day and doing heavy workout for bodybuilding. Now wish to take BCCA of food imported brand. It will be safe or not. My random diabetes is around 130-150 I am diabetic from last 9 years and on work out from last 4 month. Can I take BCCA also. If yes hope it will not resist insulin.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. You can take additional proteins plus BCAA also to build muscles. However, the supplement powder should be free from additional carbs and added sugars. Otherwise it is likely to increase blood glucose levels. Plus it is essential to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then only you will find benefits in building muscles. Thanks.

You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly. Hello Doctor, My 9 months old kid is vomiting frequently. So I want to know how much time gap should I give between each meal and how much quantity should I give. Daily I am following below schedule for my kid . Please let me know if I need to change. 8.00 am: 1 or 2 small cups of ragi java 10.30: 1cup of ragi java 1.00 : 1/2 cupf rice 3.30: fruit mash up 6.00: 2cups of java. For vomiting chew jeera half tea spoon, vomiting will stop immediately, fruit timing and menu is good but I would suggest fruits shud b given in morning, morning is he best time fr fruits. If he is vomiting I would like to know the ingredients you are using in your recipes, may b something is there he is eating wch he shud not, I don't know but if you are giving him milk in morning. Immediately stop it, milk had to b consumed in evening or night only.
